Description
Claims (13)
- グロープラグであって、
管状のボディ(2)が設けられており、該ボディが、一方の端部において、グロープラグヘッド(10)と、ボア内に固定且つシールするための手段(12,14)を有する固定領域とを有しており、
前記グロープラグヘッド(10)とは反対側の端部においてグロープラグの前記ボディ(2)に取り付けられたフィンガ(4)が設けられており、該フィンガ(4)が前記グロープラグのボディ(2)に固定されておりかつ該ボディに結合領域(16)において固定されており、
圧力センサ(8)が設けられている形式のものにおいて、
前記グロープラグのボディ(2)が、前記結合領域(16)と、前記固定領域との間において、弾性的に変形可能な部分(18)を有しており、これにより、前記結合領域(16)が、可動でありかつ、前記固定領域に対して長手方向に移動することができるようになっており、
前記圧力センサ(8)が、前記結合領域(16)に固定されたエレメント(30)と、グロープラグの固定されたエレメント(20)との間に配置されていることを特徴とする、グロープラグ。 - 前記弾性的に変形可能な部分(18)が、グロープラグの前記ボディ(2)の軸線に対して垂直な平面において延びた環状の領域である、請求項1記載のグロープラグ。
- 前記弾性的に変形可能な部分(18)が、材料を薄くすることによって得られる、請求項1又は2記載のグロープラグ。
- 前記管状のボディ(2)が、外面において、グロープラグとシリンダヘッドとの間にシールを提供するためのシーリングコーン(14)を有しており、前記弾性的に変形可能な部分(18)が前記シーリングコーン(14)の近くに設けられている、請求項1から3までのいずれか1項記載のグロープラグ。
- 前記圧力センサ(8)が、前記固定領域に関して固定された軸受部分(20)と、結合領域(16)と一緒に可動な、フィンガ(4)に固定された部分(30)との間に取り付けられている、請求項1から4までのいずれか1項記載のグロープラグ。
- 前記固定された軸受部分(20)が、弾性的に変形可能な部分(18)と圧力センサ(8)との間に配置されており、フィンガ(4)に固定された部分(30)が、フィンガ(4)にエネルギを供給するコア(6)に固定されておりかつセンサ(8)に対して予負荷をかけている、請求項5記載のグロープラグ。
- フィンガ(4)に固定された部分が、前記コア(6)に螺合されたナット(30)である、請求項6記載のグロープラグ。
- 前記圧力センサ(8)が圧電センサである、請求項1から7までのいずれか1項記載のグロープラグ。
- 前記圧力センサ(8)が、グロープラグをボアに固定するための前記固定領域の高さにおいて、管状のボディ(2)内に配置されている、請求項1から8までのいずれか1項記載のグロープラグ。
- グロープラグボディ(2)であって、一方の端部において、グロープラグヘッド(10)と、ボア内に固定且つシールするための手段(12,14)を有する固定領域とが設けられている形式のものにおいて、前記グロープラグボディが、フィンガ(4)に結合された結合領域(16)と、前記固定領域との間において、弾性的に変形可能な部分(18)を有しており、これにより、前記結合領域(16)が、可動でありかつ、前記固定領域に対して長手方向に移動することができるようになっていることを特徴とする、グロープラグボディ。
- 前記弾性的に変形可能な部分(18)が、グロープラグボディ(2)の軸線に対して垂直な平面において延びた環状の領域である、請求項10記載のグロープラグボディ。
- 請求項1から9までのいずれか1項記載のグロープラグが設けられていることを特徴とする、内燃機関。
- 前記内燃機関がディーゼルエンジンである、請求項12記載の内燃機関。
