Abstract
【解決手段】 本発明の内視鏡システム1は、対象物を撮影可能な少なくとも1つ以上の第1の撮影装置3と、該第1の撮影装置とは異なる少なくとも1つ以上の第2の撮影装置5と、該第2の撮影装置を体腔内に留置するための留置手段13,16と、上記第1の撮影装置、及び第2の撮影装置により撮影された信号を処理する信号処理装置4,6と、該信号処理装置から出力された画像信号を表示する表示装置7,8と、を備えている。

Description
(第1の実施の形態)
先ず、本発明の内視鏡システムについて、以下に説明する。尚、図1から図8は本発明の第1実施形態に係り、図1は内視鏡システムの構成を示す図、図2は体腔内設置カメラの構成を示す斜視図、図3は内視鏡システムを患者へ設置した状態を示す図、図4〜図7は体腔内設置カメラを体腔内へ導入する手順を説明するための図、図8は体腔内に設置された硬性鏡と体腔内設置カメラの視野角を示す図である。
カメラ本体20の側周面からは、カメラケーブル13の一端が延出している。このカメラケーブル13の他端は、第2のCCU6とコネクタにより接続されている。また、カメラケーブル13が延出するカメラ本体20の略中心の点対称となる側周部の反対側の位置からは、ワイヤ16が延出している。
次に、図9、及び図10を用いて、本発明の内視鏡システムに係る第2の実施の形態について、以下に説明する。尚、図9、及び図10は、本発明の第2の実施の形態に係り、図9は内視鏡システムを患者へ設置した状態を示す図、図10は腹壁を挟んで、体腔内設置カメラが腹腔針により固定された状態を示す断面図である。また、以下の説明において、上述した第1の実施の形態の内視鏡システム1と同一の構成について同じ符号を用い、それら構成の詳細な説明を省略する。
次に、図11、及び図12を用いて、本発明の内視鏡システムに係る第3の実施の形態について、以下に説明する。尚、図11、及び図12は、本発明の第3の実施の形態に係り、図11は内視鏡システムを患者へ設置した状態を示す図、図12は腹壁を挟んで、体腔内設置カメラと受信装置とが磁力により固定された状態を示すブロック図である。また、以下の説明においても、上述した第1の実施の形態の内視鏡システム1と同一の構成について同じ符号を用い、それら構成の詳細な説明を省略する。

Claims (6)
- 対象物を撮影可能な少なくとも1つ以上の第1の撮影装置と、
該第1の撮影装置とは異なる少なくとも1つ以上の第2の撮影装置と、
該第2の撮影装置を体腔内に留置するための留置手段と、
上記第1の撮影装置、及び第2の撮影装置により撮影された信号を処理する信号処理装置と、
該信号処理装置から出力された画像信号を表示する表示装置と、
を備えることを特徴とする内視鏡システム。 - 上記第1の撮影装置、及び上記第2の撮影装置は、体腔外から制御可能であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の内視鏡システム。
- 上記第2の撮影装置は、第1の無線装置を具備し、上記体腔外に設けられた第2の無線装置との間で信号の伝送を行うことを特徴とする請求項2に記載の内視鏡システム。
- 上記第2の撮影装置は、上記第1の撮影装置よりも広い視野角で撮影可能であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の内視鏡システム。
- 上記体腔外と上記体腔内との間を貫通するトロカールを更に有し、上記第2の撮影装置により撮影された信号について該トロカールを介して上記体腔外に伝送することを特徴とする請求項1、又は請求項2に記載の内視鏡システム。
- 上記第2の撮影装置は、照明手段を有すると共に、該照明手段は赤外線を照射することを特徴とする請求項1から請求項5の何れか1項に記載の内視鏡システム。
