Abstract
【解決手段】基板に近接しないセルケースに溶接される端子1は、該セルケースフラット面に接し且つ平行であるA面、およびA面と連続し且つ同一平面状にないセル厚み方向に面するB面、およびB面とは連続しかつ同一平面状になく、前述A面と同一平行方向に面するC面の3面を有する。

Description
図1は正極及び負極の主成分がポリアセン系有機半導体である有機系キャパシタを発電素子に用いた直径4.8mm、高さ1.4mmコイン型セルに端子を溶接した本発明の実施例である。
図2は実施例1と同様に発電素子としてポリアセン系有機半導体からなる有機性キャパシタを発電素子に用いた別の実施形態である。この場合、基板上においてセル本体のみが占める面積を100とした場合、端子付セルが占める面積比は103%であった。
図3は実施例1と同様に発電素子としてポリアセン系有機半導体からなる有機系キャパシタを発電素子に用いた別の実施形態である。端子1と端子2は90度の角度を成して配置されている。この場合、基板上においてセル本体のみが占める面積を100とした場合、端子付セルが占める面積比は106%であった。
図3は従来形状の端子を溶接した端子付セルの一例である。この場合、基板上においてセル本体のみが示す面積を100とした場合、端子付セルが占める面積比は137%であった。
Claims (7)
- 正極と負極となる2つのセルケースを有する所定高さのボタン型或いはコイン型の電気化学セルと、該電気化学セルを基板上に表面実装するために2つのセルケースにそれぞれ溶接された2つの端子とを備えた端子付電気化学セルにおいて、
前記2つのセルケースの一方は電気化学セルを基板上に表面実装するときに基板に近接しないセルケースで、前記2つのセルケースの他方は電気化学セルを基板上に表面実装するときに基板に近接するケースであり、
前記2つの端子の一方は、基板に近接しないセルケースのフラット面に溶接されたA面と、該A面と連続し且つセル高さ方向に面するB面と、該B面と連続し且つA面と同一平行方向に面するハンダ付け用のC面とを有しており、
前記2つの端子の他方は、基板に近接するセルケースに溶接された面と、該面と連続するハンダ付け用の面とを有している、
ことを特徴とする端子付電気化学セル。 - 基板に近接しないセルケースに溶接された一方の端子のハンダ付け用のC面は、基板に近接するセルケースと基板との間の空隙部に入るように構成されている、
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の端子付電気化学セル。 - 基板に近接するセルケースに溶接された他方の端子は、基板に近接するセルケースに溶接された面と、該面と連続するハンダ付け用の面との間に少なくとも1つの段差を有している、
ことを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の端子付電気化学セル。 - 基板に近接しないセルケースに溶接された一方の端子と、基板に近接するセルケースに溶接された他方の端子は、180度と異なる角度を成す様に配置されている、
ことを特徴とする請求項1〜3の何れか1項に記載の端子付電気化学セル。 - 基板に近接しないセルケースに溶接された一方の端子は少なくともB面に開口部を有する、
ことを特徴とする請求項1〜4の何れ1項に記載の端子付電気化学セル。 - 基板に近接しないセルケースに溶接された一方の端子のB面に開口部のセル高さ方向の長さLbが電気化学セルの高さHcに対しLb>Hcを満たす、
ことを特徴とする請求項5に記載の端子付電気化学セル。 - 基板に近接しないセルケースに溶接された一方の端子のB面の開口部と電気化学セルの中心からの距離Rbが電気化学セルの半径Rに対しRb≦Rを満たす、
ことを特徴とする請求項6に記載の端子付電気化学セル。
