Abstract

PURPOSE:To make it possible to package a thin battery between battery terminals in a simlified job by selectively applied anisotropic adhesisves onto conductive patterns on battery terminals. CONSTITUTION:Anisotropic adhesives 54, 56 are selectively applied onto battery terminals 50, 52, which is a part of a flexible substrate 40, for a negative electrode 4 and a positive electrode 6 of a thin battery 2 according to the packaging position of the battery 2. For example, if the terminal surfaces, on which conductive patterns 51, 53 are exposed, of the battery terminals 50, 52 are pressed against the electrodes 4, 6, the conductive patterns 51, 53 are connected to the electrodes 4, 6. If the terminal surfaces, to which the adhesives 54, 56 are applied, of the battery terminals 50, 52 are pressed against the electrodes 4, 6, the conductive patterns 51, 53 are connected to the electrodes 4, 6 via conductive adhesives 54, 56 by pressing. The thin battery is thereby simply packaged between battery terminals.
