Abstract
【解決手段】輸送機器の運転者を認証する運転者認証部11と、前記運転者認証部11が認証した運転者の血液成分データを測定すると共に該血液成分データから前記運転者の健康状態を判定する健康状態判定部12と、前記運転者認証部11の認証結果及び健康状態判定部12の判定結果に基づき前記輸送機器の動力制御を行う動力制御部13と、を備える。

Description
そこで本発明は、輸送機器の動力制御による運転規制を可能とする安全管理システムにおいて、運転者の健康状態を反映した動力制御を可能とすることを目的とする。
請求項2に記載した発明は、前記動力制御手段は、前記運転者認証手段の認証結果及び健康状態判定手段の判定結果に基づき、前記輸送機器のエンジン始動を制限することを特徴とする。
具体的には、請求項4に記載のように、前記動力制御手段は、前記血液成分データの各項目の中の特定項目の値が所定範囲内にあるか否かに応じて、前記輸送機器の動力制御を行なう。
又は、請求項5に記載のように、前記動力制御手段は、前記血液成分データの各項目の中の所定範囲内にあるものの数に応じて、前記輸送機器の動力制御を行う。
また、請求項7に記載のように、前記健康状態判定手段は、前記運転者の体に赤外線を照射して得た吸収スペクトルに基づき、前記血液成分データを測定する。すなわち、非侵襲的に血液成分データを測定することで、運転者の肉体的、精神的ストレスが抑えられる。
この構成によれば、運転者の認証と健康状態の判定とを同一動作で行うと共に、システム全体の構成を簡素化できる。
図1に示す安全管理システムSは、例えばエンジン(内燃機関)を原動機とするバス等の輸送機器に用いられるもので、予め登録された利用者(運転者)であることを認証し、かつその健康状態を確認した上で、該運転者による当該輸送機器の運転を許可する、あるいは規制するべく動力制御を行う。
そして、静脈パターン照合部11bにおいて、読み出した静脈パターンとセンサ部14で取得した静脈パターンとを照合し、両静脈パターンが同一であると判定されれば、当該利用者が正規の運転者であると認証され(この認証結果をOKとする)、両静脈パターンが同一でないと判定されれば、当該利用者が正規の運転者であるとは認証されない(この認証結果をNGとする)。これらの認証結果は、LCD(Liquid Crystal Display)等の所定の表示部16で利用者に表示される。なお、利用者情報入力部15を無くし、センサ部14で取得した静脈パターンと登録済みの静脈パターンとを自動で照合して運転者を認証する構成であってもよい。
そして、血液成分比較部12bにおいて、読み出した血液成分データの値と吸収スペクトルの解析により取得した血液成分データとを比較し、その結果から当該利用者が輸送機器の運転に適した健康状態にあるか否かの判定がなされる。
まず、乗車した利用者(運転者)により車内のエンジン始動スイッチが操作されて処理がスタートする(ステップ1)。エンジン始動スイッチは、例えば押下型スイッチであり、その上面に利用者の指先を触れさせる。エンジン始動スイッチの両側には一対の赤外線LED14aが対向配置され、これらエンジン始動スイッチ及び各LEDにより前記センサ部14が構成される。エンジン始動スイッチは受光部を兼ね、各LEDからの光を利用者の指Yを経た後に受光することで、利用者の指先の静脈パターン及び該利用者の血液成分データに係る光情報を取得する(ステップS2)。このエンジン始動スイッチには、前記センサ部14の静脈パターンセンサ14a及び血液成分センサ14cが組み込まれている。
そして、ステップS5においては、動力制御部13がエンジン始動を許可する制御(車両の運転を許可する動力制御)を行い、当該利用者による車両の運転を可能とする。
そして、上記実施例における構成は本発明の一例であり、採血による血液成分データの取得を含め、本発明の要旨を逸脱しない範囲で種々の変更が可能であることはいうまでもない。

Claims (8)
- 輸送機器の動力制御による運転規制を可能とする安全管理システムにおいて、
前記輸送機器の運転者を認証する運転者認証手段と、
前記運転者認証手段が認証した運転者の血液成分データを測定すると共に該血液成分データから前記運転者の健康状態を判定する健康状態判定手段と、
前記運転者認証手段の認証結果及び健康状態判定手段の判定結果に基づき前記輸送機器の動力制御を行う動力制御手段と、
を備えることを特徴とする安全管理システム。 - 前記動力制御手段は、前記運転者認証手段の認証結果及び健康状態判定手段の判定結果に基づき、前記輸送機器のエンジン始動を制限することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の安全管理システム。
- 前記動力制御手段は、前記血液成分データの各項目の値がそれぞれ所定範囲内にあるか否かに応じて、前記輸送機器の動力制御を行うことを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の安全管理システム。
- 前記動力制御手段は、前記血液成分データの各項目の中の特定項目の値が所定範囲内にあるか否かに応じて、前記輸送機器の動力制御を行なうことを特徴とする請求項3に記載の安全管理システム。
- 前記動力制御手段は、前記血液成分データの各項目の中の所定範囲内にあるものの数に応じて、前記輸送機器の動力制御を行うことを特徴とする請求項3に記載の安全管理システム。
- 前記運転者認証手段は、前記運転者の体に赤外線を照射して得た静脈パターンに基づき、前記運転者を認証することを特徴とする請求項1から5の何れかに記載の安全管理システム。
- 前記健康状態判定手段は、前記運転者の体に赤外線を照射して得た吸収スペクトルに基づき、前記血液成分データを測定することを特徴とする請求項1から6の何れかに記載の安全管理システム。
- 前記運転者認証手段の静脈パターンの検出と、前記健康状態判定手段の吸収スペクトルの検出とは、ひとつのセンサ部で行われることを特徴とする請求項1から7の何れかに記載の安全管理システム。
