Abstract
【解決手段】供給管47に設けられた電動弁49と、供給管47に供給される冷媒の圧力と圧縮機14の吸入側での冷媒圧力との圧力差に基づいて、供給管47内の流量が所定範囲内になるように電動弁49の開度を調整する流量制御部50と、外気温度を検出する外気温度センサ36と、圧縮機14の吸入側における冷媒圧力を検出する低圧側圧力センサ34とを備えている。前記圧力差は、外気温度センサ36によって検出された外気温度に相当する飽和圧力と、低圧側圧力センサ34によって検出された冷媒圧力との圧力差である。

Claims (14)
- 冷媒回路における圧縮機構吸入側の冷媒配管に接続される供給管を有し、この供給管を通して前記冷媒回路に冷媒を供給する冷媒充填装置であって、
前記供給管に供給される冷媒の圧力と前記圧縮機構吸入側での冷媒圧力との圧力差に基づいて、前記供給管内の流量が所定範囲内になるように流量を調整する調整手段を備えている冷媒充填装置。 - 外気温度を検出する外気温度検出手段と、前記圧縮機構吸入側における冷媒圧力を検出する圧力検出手段とを備え、
前記調整手段は、前記外気温度検出手段によって検出された外気温度に相当する飽和圧力と、前記圧力検出手段によって検出された冷媒圧力との圧力差に基づいて、前記供給管の流量を調整する請求項1に記載の冷媒充填装置。 - 前記調整手段は、前記供給管に設けられた電動弁と、この電動弁の開度を制御する流量制御部とを備えている請求項1又は2に記載の冷媒充填装置。
- 前記流量制御部によって制御された前記電動弁の開度を、前記圧縮機構吐出側での冷媒の過熱度が所定値以上になるように補正する補正制御部を有する請求項3に記載の冷媒充填装置。
- 前記補正制御部は、前記圧縮機構吐出側での冷媒の過熱度が前記所定値以上の上限値になると前記電動弁の開度を大きくする請求項4に記載の冷媒充填装置。
- 前記圧縮機構吐出側での冷媒の過熱度は、前記圧縮機構吐出側における冷媒温度と冷媒圧力相当飽和温度とから導出される請求項4又は5に記載の冷媒充填装置。
- 所定量の冷媒が前記供給管を通して供給されると前記電動弁を閉鎖する充填完了制御部を備えている請求項1から6の何れか1項に記載の冷媒充填装置。
- 圧縮機構、凝縮器、膨張機構及び蒸発器の間を冷媒が循環する冷媒回路と、
請求項1から7の何れか1項に記載の冷媒充填装置とを備え、
前記冷媒充填装置の供給管が前記圧縮機構と前記蒸発器との間の冷媒配管に接続されている冷凍装置。 - 冷媒回路における圧縮機構吸入側の冷媒配管に接続された供給管を通して冷媒を充填する方法であって、
前記供給管に供給される冷媒の圧力と前記圧縮機構の吸入側での冷媒圧力との圧力差に基づいて、前記供給管内の流量が所定範囲内になるように流量を調整しながら前記冷媒回路に冷媒を供給する冷媒充填方法。 - 外気温度に相当する飽和圧力と、前記圧縮機構吸入側での冷媒圧力との圧力差に基づいて、前記供給管の流量を調整する請求項9に記載の冷媒充填方法。
- 前記供給管に設けられた電動弁の開度を調整することによって、前記供給管内の流量が所定範囲内になるように流量を調整しながら前記冷媒回路に冷媒を供給する請求項9又は10に記載の冷媒充填方法。
- 前記電動弁の開度を、圧縮機構吐出側での冷媒の過熱度が所定値以上になるように補正する請求項11に記載の冷媒充填方法。
- 前記圧縮機構吐出側での冷媒の過熱度が前記所定値以上の上限値になると前記電動弁の開度を大きくする請求項12に記載の冷媒充填方法。
- 所定量の冷媒が前記供給管を通して供給されると前記電動弁を閉鎖する請求項11から13の何れか1項に記載の冷媒充填方法。
