Abstract
【解決手段】燃料電池システム1は、燃料電池2に供給されるエアを浄化するエアクリーナ13を備え、さらに、エアクリーナ13を加熱するヒータ100を備えたものである。ヒータ100に代えて、冷媒配管系5の冷媒をエアクリーナ13に供給することで、エアクリーナ13を加熱することもできる。

Description
このような問題について、従来の特許文献1では何ら検討されておらず、改良の余地があった。
図1に示すように、燃料電池システム1は、燃料電池2と、酸化ガスとしての空気(酸素)を燃料電池2に供給する酸化ガス配管系3と、燃料ガスとしての水素ガスを燃料電池2に供給する燃料ガス配管系4と、燃料電池2に冷媒を供給して燃料電池2を冷却する冷媒配管系5と、システム1の電力を充放電する電力系6と、システム1全体を統括制御する制御装置7と、を備える。
図2に示すように、エアクリーナ13は、箱形のケース81を有する。ケース81の内部には、例えば、通過する気体(空気)中の塵埃を吸着するペーパタイプのエアフィルタ82が配設される。このエアフィルタ82によって、ケース81内は、吸入側空間部81aと排出側空間部81bとに区画される。
次に、図4ないし図6を参照して、第2実施形態に係る燃料電池システム1について相違点を中心に説明する。第1実施形態との相違点は、エアクリーナ13を加熱する加熱手段として、ヒータ100に代えて冷媒配管系5を用いたことである。その他の点は、同様であるので、同一の符号を付してその詳細な説明を省略する。
Claims (9)
- 燃料電池と、当該燃料電池に供給されるエアを浄化するエアクリーナと、を備えた燃料電池システムにおいて、
前記エアクリーナを加熱する加熱手段を備えた、燃料電池システム。 - 前記加熱手段は、前記エアクリーナに設けられたヒータからなる、請求項1に記載の燃料電池システム。
- 前記エアクリーナは、エア入口及びエア出口を有するケースと、前記エア入口と前記エア出口との間において前記ケース内に配置されたフィルタと、を備えており、
前記ヒータは、前記ケースの外面側に設けられている、請求項2に記載の燃料電池システム。 - 当該燃料電池システムの構成機器に冷媒を循環供給する冷却系統を有しており、
前記加熱手段は、前記構成機器を通流した冷媒を前記エアクリーナに供給する前記冷却系統の一部で構成されている、請求項1に記載の燃料電池システム。 - 前記構成機器は、前記燃料電池である、請求項4に記載の燃料電池システム。
- 前記エアクリーナは、エア入口及びエア出口を有するケースと、前記エア入口と前記エア出口との間において前記ケース内に配置されたフィルタと、を備えており、
前記ケースには、前記加熱手段を構成する前記冷却系統の一部の流路が形成されている、請求項4又は5に記載の燃料電池システム。 - 外気温を検出する温度センサと、
前記温度センサの検出結果に基づいて、前記加熱手段による前記エアクリーナへの加熱量を制御する制御装置と、を更に備えた、請求項1ないし6のいずれか一項に記載の燃料電池システム。 - 前記エアクリーナを介してエアを吸気して前記燃料電池に圧送する圧縮機と、
前記エアクリーナへのエアの吸気量及び吸気温度、並びに前記エアクリーナからのエアの圧送量及び圧送温度の少なくとも一つに基づいて、前記加熱手段による前記エアクリーナへの加熱量を制御する制御装置と、を更に備えた、請求項1ないし6のいずれか一項に記載の燃料電池システム。 - 請求項1ないし8のいずれか一項に記載の燃料電池システムを備えた移動体。
