Claims (9)
- 燃料ガスと酸化剤ガスとの電気化学反応により発電を行う燃料電池を備えた燃料電池システムの制御装置において、
前記燃料電池の電流電圧特性を学習する電流電圧特性学習手段と、
前記燃料電池の発電を停止前の前記電流電圧特性と、再び発電を開始させたときの前記電流電圧特性との変化量を検出する電流電圧特性変化量検出手段と、
前記電流電圧特性学習手段によって前記燃料電池の発電を停止させる直前に学習した電流電圧特性の学習値を、前記電流電圧特性変化検出手段によって検出した前記電流電圧特性の変化量に基づいて補正する電流電圧特性補正手段と、
を備えたことを特徴とする燃料電池システムの制御装置。 - 前記電流電圧特性変化量検出手段は、
前記燃料電池の発電停止前の電流電圧特性と、再び発電を開始させたときの電流電圧特性との変化量を、電流値によらず一定量の電圧の変化として検出する手段であることを特徴とする請求項1記載の燃料電池システムの制御装置。 - 前記電流電圧特性変化量検出手段は、
前記燃料電池の発電停止前の電流電圧特性と、再び発電を開始させたときの電流電圧特性との変化量を、任意の電流値において検出する手段であることを特徴とする請求項2記載の燃料電池システムの制御装置。 - 前記電流電圧特性変化量検出手段は、
燃料電池の任意の電流値における電圧値と、前記電流電圧特性学習手段によって前記燃料電池の発電を停止する直前に学習した前記電流電圧特性における前記電流値に対応する電圧値と、に基づいて、前記燃料電池の発電停止前から再び発電を開始させた後の電圧の変化量を算出する手段であることを特徴とする請求項2記載の燃料電池システムの制御装置。 - 前記電流電圧特性変化量検出手段は、
前記燃料電池の電流が第1の所定値より小さい場合、或いは、第1の所定値より大きい第2の所定値より大きい場合には、前記燃料電池の発電を停止させてから再び発電を開始させるまでの、前記燃料電池の電流電圧特性の変化量の検出を禁止する手段を含むことを特徴とする請求項1乃至請求項4の何れか1項に記載の燃料電池システムの制御装置。 - 前記電流電圧特性変化量検出手段は、
前記燃料電池の発電を停止させてから再び発電を開始させるまでの、前記燃料電池の電流電圧特性の変化量を推定する手段であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の燃料電池システムの制御装置。 - 前記電流電圧特性補正手段は、
前記電流電圧特性学習手段によって前記燃料電池の発電を停止させた時に学習した電流電圧特性の学習値を、電流値によらず一定の電圧値だけ増加させる手段であることを特徴とする請求項1乃至請求項6の何れか1項に記載の燃料電池システムの制御装置。 - 前記電流電圧特性補正手段は、
前記電流電圧特性変化量検出手段によって検出した電流電圧特性の変化量が、電圧が低下する方向の変化である場合には、前記電流電圧特性の補正を禁止する手段を含むことを特徴とする請求項1乃至請求項7の何れか1項に記載の燃料電池システムの制御装置。 - 前記電流電圧特性学習手段は、
前記電流電圧特性補正手段によって前記電流電圧特性の補正が完了するまでは、前記電流電圧特性の新たな学習を禁止する手段を含むことを特徴とする請求項1乃至請求項8の何れか1項に記載の燃料電池システムの制御装置。
