Claims (12)
- 燃料電池の動作にとって好ましくない成分を除去することによって、燃料電池を動作させるために供給されるべきガスの浄化方法であって、
前記ガスが、微粒子を分離するようにし、前記燃料電池の動作に損傷作用を及ぼすガス及び蒸気状の成分を除去するように設計されているフィルタシステムに通され、
前記フィルタシステムを通過した前記ガスが前記燃料電池に供給されることを特徴とするガスの浄化方法。 - 前記ガスが、再生することができて、フィルタ作用の低下及び再生の必要性を示す判定基準に基づいて監視されるフィルタシステムに通され、該判定基準に達したときにメッセージが生成されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のガスの浄化方法。
- 燃料電池の動作にとって好ましくない成分を除去することによって、燃料電池を動作させるために供給されるべきガスを浄化する装置であって、
フィルタシステム(5、12)が、それぞれのガスを前記燃料電池(2)に供給するために、ガス搬送通路(11)に取付けられ、前記フィルタシステムが、微粒子、及び、前記燃料電池の動作に損傷作用を及ぼすガス又は蒸気状の成分を分離することを特徴とするガスの浄化装置。 - 前記フィルタシステム(5)が、微粒子用の第1のフィルタ(6)を有し、その下流側に、ガス又は蒸気状の汚染物質を取り込みかつ結合する物質を有する第2のフィルタ(7)を設けたことを特徴とする請求項3に記載のガスの浄化装置。
- 前記フィルタシステム(12)が、微粒子用、及び、ガス又は蒸気状の汚染物質を取り込み結合させる物質用の乾式フィルタが一緒に取付けられるユニットを含むことを特徴とする請求項3に記載のガスの浄化装置。
- 前記フィルタシステム(12)が、それを再生することができるように設計され、
前記再生を作動要素(16)によって始動することができることを特徴とする請求項3〜5のいずれか一項に記載のガスの浄化装置。 - 前記フィルタシステム(5、12)が、圧縮機(4)のガス入口の上流側のガス搬送通路(11)に取付けられることを特徴とする請求項3〜6のいずれか一項に記載のガスの浄化装置。
- 前記フィルタシステムが、直列に接続される区間からなり、そのフィルタ機能が、前記ガス中でフィルタにかけるべきタイプの成分に適合することを特徴とする請求項3、あるいは5〜7のいずれか一項に記載のガスの浄化装置。
- 前記フィルタシステム(12)の圧力差を測定する装置(18)があり、そこからの測定値が、評価ユニット(19)に送信され、予め定め得る限界値と比較され、限界値に達したときにメッセージが生成されることを特徴とする請求項3〜8のいずれか一項に記載のガスの浄化装置。
- 汚染ガス用の少なくとも1個のガスセンサが、前記ガスの流れ方向に見て前記フィルタシステムの下流側に取付けられ、そのガスセンサからの測定値が評価ユニットに送信され、予め定め得る限界値と比較され、限界値に達したときにメッセージが生成されることを特徴とする請求項3〜8のいずれか一項に記載のガスの浄化装置。
- 前記燃料電池に供給されるガスが空気であり、その酸素分が前記燃料電池(2)で燃料ガスと反応することを特徴とする、請求項3〜10のいずれか一項に記載のガスの浄化装置。
- 前記ガス浄化装置が、自動車に取付けられることを特徴とする請求項3〜11のいずれか一項に記載のガスの浄化装置。
