Abstract
【解決手段】シリンダ機構11は、ハウジング70と、ハウジング70内に摺動可能に保持され、作動液が導かれる液室73を形成するピストン72と、ピストン72を液室73側に付勢する複数の皿ばね90、92とを備える。これら複数の皿ばね90、92のうち、少なくとも2つの皿ばね90、92の底面が互いに向かい合わせに配置されると共に、該底面が向かい合わせに配置された皿ばね90、92の内側斜面90a、92aに対して円弧で当接するリング94が設けられる。

Claims (3)
- ハウジングと、
該ハウジング内に摺動可能に保持され、作動液が導かれる液室を形成するピストンと、
該ピストンを前記液室側に付勢する複数の皿ばねとを備えるシリンダ機構であって、
前記複数の皿ばねのうち、少なくとも2つの皿ばねの底面を互いに向かい合わせに配置すると共に、該底面が向かい合わせに配置された皿ばねの内面に対して円弧で当接する円形部材を設けたことを特徴とするシリンダ機構。 - 請求項1記載のシリンダ機構において、
前記円形部材は、軸線方向に移動自在であり、該軸線方向に直交する方向に移動を規制された状態で配置されていることを特徴とするシリンダ機構。 - ハウジングと、
該ハウジング内に摺動可能に保持され、作動液が導かれる液室を形成するピストンと、
該ピストンを前記液室側に付勢する複数の皿ばねとを備えるシリンダ機構であって、
前記複数の皿ばねのうち、少なくとも2つの皿ばねの底面を互いに向かい合わせに配置すると共に、該底面が向かい合わせに配置された皿ばねの軸線方向に直交する方向への移動を阻止する移動阻止手段を設けたことを特徴とするシリンダ機構。
