Abstract
【解決手段】電線52が載置された基板部43及び基板部43の両側縁にそれぞれ立ち上げられた一対の圧着片41を有する端子金具40を電線52に圧着する圧着機であって、端子金具40の基板部43が載置されるアンビル20と、アンビル20が進入する溝32を有し、溝32の内面とアンビル20の載置面31との間で端子金具40を加圧して一対の圧着片41を電線52に加締めるクリンパ10と、を備え、クリンパ10の溝32の幅が、1.0mm以下であり、アンビル20の載置面31が、電線52の軸方向に垂直な当該アンビル20の断面において深さ0.06mm以上0.17mm以下の円弧状の輪郭を呈する凹曲面に成形されている。

Description
(2)断面積が0.08mm2〜0.13mm2の銅合金製の前記電線に前記端子金具を圧着することを特徴とする上記(1)に記載の圧着機。
(3)電線が載置された基板部の両側縁にそれぞれ立ち上げられた一対の圧着片を当該電線に加締められて当該電線に圧着された電線付き端子金具であって、前記基板部の底面が、前記電線の軸方向に垂直な断面において幅1.0mm以下で且つ高さ0.06mm以上0.17mm以下の円弧状の輪郭を呈する凸曲面に成形されていることを特徴とする電線付き端子金具。
(4)断面積が0.08mm2〜0.13mm2の銅合金製の前記電線に圧着されていることを特徴とする上記(3)に記載の電線付き端子金具。
次に、図5を参照して、本発明の圧着機10の作用効果を確認するために行った実施例について説明する。

Claims (4)
- 電線が載置された基板部及び当該基板部の両側縁にそれぞれ立ち上げられた一対の圧着片を有する端子金具を当該電線に圧着する圧着機であって、
前記端子金具の基板部が載置されるアンビルと、
前記アンビルが進入する溝を有し、当該溝の内面と前記アンビルの載置面との間で前記端子金具を加圧して前記一対の圧着片を前記電線に加締めるクリンパと、を備え、
前記クリンパの溝の幅が、1.0mm以下であり、
前記アンビルの載置面が、前記電線の軸方向に垂直な当該アンビルの断面において深さ0.06mm以上0.17mm以下の円弧状の輪郭を呈する凹曲面に成形されていることを特徴とする圧着機。 - 断面積が0.08mm2〜0.13mm2の銅合金製の前記電線に前記端子金具を圧着することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の圧着機。
- 電線が載置された基板部の両側縁にそれぞれ立ち上げられた一対の圧着片を当該電線に加締められて当該電線に圧着された電線付き端子金具であって、
前記基板部の底面が、前記電線の軸方向に垂直な断面において幅1.0mm以下で且つ高さ0.06mm以上0.17mm以下の円弧状の輪郭を呈する凸曲面に成形されていることを特徴とする電線付き端子金具。 - 断面積が0.08mm2〜0.13mm2の銅合金製の前記電線に圧着されていることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の電線付き端子金具。
