Abstract
【解決手段】 車両が急減速を行っている場合に、プライマリプーリ回転センサによって検出するプライマリプーリ回転速度Npriに基づいて下限セカンダリプーリ圧Plmtを算出し、減速度Gdataが所定減速度G1よりも大きく、かつセカンダリプーリ圧センサによって検出したセカンダリプーリ圧Psecが下限セカンダリプーリ圧Plmtよりも低い場合に、特にプライマリプーリ側においてVベルト4に滑りが生じると判定し、変速比固定制御を行う。

Claims (2)
- 溝幅を第1の油圧によって変化させる入力側のプライマリプーリと、
溝幅を第2の油圧によって変化させる出力側のセカンダリプーリと、
前記プライマリプーリと前記セカンダリプーリとに巻き掛けられ、前記溝幅に応じてプーリとの接触半径が変化するベルトと、を有する無段変速機を制御する無段変速機の制御装置において、
車両の急減速状態を判定する減速状態判定手段と、
前記プライマリプーリの回転速度を検出するプライマリプーリ回転速度検出手段と、
前記プライマリプーリの回転速度に基づいて、前記プライマリプーリ側で前記ベルトに滑りが生じる下限セカンダリプーリ圧を算出する下限セカンダリプーリ圧算出手段と、
前記第2の油圧を検出するセカンダリプーリ圧検出手段と、
前記車両が急減速状態にあると判定され、かつ前記第2の油圧が前記下限セカンダリプーリ圧よりも低くなった場合に、前記プライマリプーリ側で前記ベルトに滑りが生じると判定するベルト滑り判定手段と、
前記ベルトに滑りが生じると判定された場合に、前記第1の油圧の低下を防止するプライマリプーリ圧低下防止手段と、を備えることを特徴とする無段変速機の制御装置。 - 前記無段変速機は、
変速アクチュエータと、
前記変速アクチュエータの変位量に応じて、前記第1の油圧を増加させる第1位置、前記第1の油圧を減少させる第2位置及び中立位置とに切り換えられる変速制御弁と、を更に備え、
前記プライマリプーリ圧低下防止手段は、前記ベルトに滑りが生じると判定された場合に、変速比目標値を所定量High側に変更して保持し、当該変速比目標値に基づいて前記変速アクチュエータを駆動することにより前記変速制御弁を前記第1位置または前記中立位置に切り換えることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の無段変速機の制御装置。
