Abstract
【解決手段】 軟質の熱可塑性樹脂からなり内部に軸部を挟んで流路13a,13b,13c,13dが形成された医療用チューブ10を成形するための押出成形用金型20を、金型本体21と、ランド部23を備えたピン22とで構成した。そして、金型本体21の凹部26a,27aの内周面とピン22の外周面との間に成形用材料を通過させる円筒状の後部側成形空間部を形成し、金型本体21の凹部28aの内周面とランド部23との間に医療用チューブ10を形成するための断面形状を備えた先端側成形空間部を形成した。さらに、先端側成形空間部の断面形状のうちの後部側部分の断面形状を、先端側成形空間部の先端部の断面形状と後部側成形空間部の先端部の断面形状との中間の形状にした。

Claims (5)
- 軟質の熱可塑性樹脂からなり内部に軸部を挟んで複数の流路が形成された医療用チューブを成形するための医療用チューブの押出成形用金型であって、
一方から他方に貫通する凹部が形成された金型本体と、
前記金型本体の凹部内に設置され前記凹部の内周面との間に前記軟質の熱可塑性樹脂からなる成形用材料を通過させる先細り円筒状の後部側成形空間部を形成するピンと、
前記ピンの先端部を構成し、前記凹部の内周面における先端側部分との間に前記医療用チューブを形成するための断面形状を備えた先端側成形空間部を形成するランド部とを備え、
前記凹部の先端側部分の内周面と、前記ランド部の表面とで形成される前記先端側成形空間部の断面形状のうち、先端部の断面形状を前記医療用チューブの断面形状と同じにし、後部側部分の断面形状を前記先端側成形空間部の先端部の断面形状と前記後部側成形空間部の先端部の断面形状との中間の形状にしたことを特徴とする医療用チューブの押出成形用金型。 - 前記後部側成形空間部から移動してくる前記成形用材料の外側に沿った面を形成する外面形成用凹部を備えたプレート部を、前記金型本体における前記凹部の先端側に設置して、前記ランド部の一部を前記プレート部の外面形成用凹部内の所定位置に伸ばし、前記ランド部のプレート部内に位置する部分で、成形される医療用チューブに周面が閉塞された流路を形成できるようにするとともに、前記プレート部の外面形成用凹部と前記ランド部のプレート部内に位置する部分とで形成される空間部を前記後部側成形空間部の先端部とした請求項1に記載の医療用チューブの押出成形用金型。
- 前記先端側成形空間部の後部側部分の断面形状をリング状の内面に十字形の片の各先端部をそれぞれ連結して四つの流路を形成した形状にし、前記先端側成形空間部の先端部の断面形状を前記リング状部分の所定部分を切り欠いて前記四つの流路のうちの少なくとも一つの流路を外部に連通させた形状にした請求項1または2に記載の医療用チューブの押出成形用金型。
- 請求項1ないし3のうちのいずれか一つに記載の医療用チューブの押出成形用金型を用いて医療用チューブを成形する医療用チューブの押出成形方法であって、
前記金型本体の凹部内に前記ピンを設置して形成される先細り円筒状の後部側成形空間部内に前記軟質の熱可塑性樹脂からなる成形用材料を通過させて前記成形用材料を円筒状に形成する円筒形成工程と、
前記先端側成形空間部の後部側部分で、前記円筒形成工程で形成された成形用材料の断面形状をリング状と前記医療用チューブの断面形状との中間の形状に形成する中間形状形成工程と、
前記先端側成形空間部の先端部で、前記中間形状形成工程で形成された成形用材料の断面形状を前記医療用チューブの断面形状に形成する最終形状形成工程と
を備えたことを特徴とする医療用チューブの押出成形方法。 - 前記中間形状形成工程で形成される前記成形用材料の断面形状をリング状の内面に十字形の片の各先端部をそれぞれ連結して四つの流路を形成した形状にし、前記最終形状形成工程で形成される前記成形用材料の断面形状を前記リング状部分の所定部分を切り欠いて前記四つの流路のうちの少なくとも一つの流路を外部に連通させた形状にした請求項4に記載の医療用チューブの押出成形方法。
