Abstract
【解決手段】荷重検出装置10は、円筒状の起歪体11の軸心Cと垂直な方向に変位部材24を変位させることにより、起歪体11にせん断力が作用する構成としたものである。また、起歪体11を貫通した軸部23の両端を固定保持できるので、軸部23の一端部が片持ちされる場合に比較して、変位部材24から軸部23に入力される軸心Cに垂直な方向の荷重の入力に起因するモーメントの発生がなく、軸部23の相手側取付部材(図示せず)による支持位置のバラツキによる出力信号の変動を回避できるという効果を有するものである。

Claims (4)
- 歪検知素子が外側面または内側面に設けられた円筒形状の起歪体と、この起歪体の一端開口部を閉塞するように該起歪体に固定された第1部材と、前記起歪体の他端側に取り付けられた第2部材とを備え、前記起歪体の軸心と垂直な方向に前記第2部材および前記第1部材の一方から他方に対して荷重を加えることにより、起歪体にせん断力を作用させることを特徴とする荷重検出装置。
- 前記第1部材に前記円筒形状の起歪体の内側を貫通する軸部を設けるとともに、この軸部の両端を固定するようにした請求項1記載の荷重検出装置。
- 前記第1部材に前記円筒形状の起歪体の内側を貫通する筒状のスリーブを設けるとともに、さらにこのスリーブの内側に挿通される前記第1部材と別体の軸部材を設け、この軸部材の両端を固定するようにした請求項1記載の荷重検出装置。
- 前記起歪体の外側面または内側面の略全周にわたって歪検知素子を設けるようにした請求項1記載の荷重検出装置。
