Abstract
Description
従って、この作業は左側からでも右側からでも実施可能であるが、右側から作業を実施する方が望ましい。幾何学的比が前記挿通作業を許容する場合、又は幾何学的比が右側の領域と相対的に左側の領域から傾斜されている場合には、フラップ10,11によって閉じられ得る開口部(window)のうち1つの開口部を通じても、前記接点は挿通され得る。従って、ケーブル端部5は、圧着又は半田付けによって接点2の接続端部4に固定され、その後フラップ10,11を閉じる。

Claims (17)
- ケーブル(5)のための接続端部(4)を有している各接点(2)と、
ハウジング(6)と、
蓋(9)と、
を備えたプラグコネクタ(1)において、
前記ハウジング(6)及び前記蓋(9)の各々が、前記接点(2)の前記接続端部(4)の高さにフラップ(10,11)を有し、該フラップが開位置にある場合には、前記接点(2)の前記接続端部(4)が前記ケーブル(5)を固定するために自由にアクセス可能とされることを特徴とするプラグコネクタ(1)。 - 前記ハウジング(6)及び前記蓋(9)がプラスチックから成り、前記フラップ(10,11)の各々が前記ハウジング及び前記蓋に対して薄い材料から成るヒンジ(12,13)によって連結されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のプラグコネクタ。
- 前記フラップ(10)が前記蓋(9)の両側部の側方にキャッチブラケット(14)を有し、該キャッチブラケットは前記フラップ(10)の閉位置において前記ハウジング(6)の側壁で対応するキャッチ片(15)とロックすることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載のプラグコネクタ。
- 前記蓋(9)上の上部フラップ(10)は、該上部フラップ上面にキャッチ要素(16)を有し、該上部フラップ(10)が前記開位置にある場合に相補的なキャッチ要素とロックされ得ることを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載のプラグコネクタ。
- 前記蓋(9)上の前記上部フラップ(10)は前記上部フラップ上面にキャッチ要素(16)を有し、
前記キャッチ片は、前記上部フラップ(10)が前記開位置にあり、且つ、ヨーク(18)が組立位置にある場合に、二次ロック(19)の前記ヨーク(18)上で前記相補的なキャッチ要素(17)とロックされ得ることを特徴とする請求項4に記載のプラグコネクタ。 - 前記蓋(9)上の上部フラップ(10)は成形片(20)を有し、
前記成形片は、前記蓋(9)がロックされた場合に、歪み除去片(21)内でハウジング後端に取り付けられたケーブル端部を前記歪み除去片に押し込むことを特徴とする請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載のプラグコネクタ。 - 前記ハウジング(6)上の前記フラップ(11)が旋回軸(13)に垂直に延在する側縁部にキャッチショルダー(22)を有し、該キャッチショルダーが前記ハウジング(6)内の対応する溝(23)にロックされることを特徴とする請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載のプラグコネクタ。
- 絶縁部を剥がされた前記ケーブル端部が圧着によって前記接点(2)と結合され、これにより、該圧着が完全に組み立てられたプラグコネクタ(1)と開いたフラップ(10,11)とを通電させることを特徴とする請求項1〜7の何れか一項に記載のプラグコネクタ。
- 前記蓋(9)及び前記ハウジング(6)が側方の前記キャッチショルダー(24)/キャッチアーム(25)を介して、互いに又は前記蓋(9)の一部に固定されていることを特徴とする請求項1〜8のいずれか一項に記載のプラグコネクタ。
- 前記フラップ(10,11)それぞれが、前記ハウジング(6)又は前記蓋(9)と前記フラップ(10,11)との間の結合縁部で所定の破断点(29a,29b)を有するリブ(28a,28b)を保持することによって、開位置に維持され、開いた状態となっていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のプラグコネクタ。
- 下部フラップ(11)が、前記下部フラップ(11)上のキャッチ要素と前記ハウジング上の相補的なキャッチ要素との間に設けられた反転可能なロック手段によって、開位置で前記ハウジング(6)上に維持されていることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載のプラグコネクタ。
- 請求項1〜11のいずれか一項に記載のプラグコネクタを事前組立する方法であって、
a)前記ハウジング(6)に前記接点(2)を挿通するステップと、
b)開いた前記フラップ(10,11)と共に前記ハウジング上で前記蓋(9)を固定するステップと、
c)圧着又は半田付けによって、前記接点(2)の前記接続端部(4)に前記ケーブル端部(5)を固定するステップと、
d)前記フラップ(10,11)を閉じるステップと、
を備えていることを特徴とする事前組立方法。 - 各々がケーブル(5)のための接続端部(4)を有する接点(2)と、
前記接点(2)の前記接続端部(4)を囲っている捕捉部(40)と、
を有しているプラグコネクタ(1)において、
前記捕捉部(40)が、前記接点(2)の前記接続端部(4)の高さで前記接続端部(4)の両側部に2つの開口部を有し、該開口部の少なくとも1つの開口部は、前記接続端部(4)が前記ケーブル(5)を固定するために自由にアクセス可能とされる開位置で、フラップ(10,11)によって閉じられることを特徴とするプラグコネクタ(1)。 - 前記捕捉部(40)が一体成形されていることを特徴とする請求項13に記載のプラグコネクタ。
- 前記捕捉部が前記接点(2)のプラグ又はソケット端部(3)を囲んでいることを特徴とする請求項13又は14に記載のプラグコネクタ。
- 前記捕捉部が両前記開口部を閉じるために2つのフラップを有していることを特徴とする請求項13〜15のいずれか一項以上に記載のプラグコネクタ。
- 開状態において一フラップ(9,10)を反転可能に保持するためのキャッチ装置(16,26,30)を備えていることを特徴とする請求項1〜11及び13〜16のうちいずれか一項以上に記載のプラグコネクタ。
