実施例2
この実施例においては、本発明によるシランを末端基とするポリウレタン(STP1)の調製法を説明する。攪拌機、窒素ガス導入口、滴下漏斗及び冷却器を具備したフラスコ(5リットル)内へイソホロンジイソシアネート(150.9g;1.4当量)、当量が6411のポリエーテルモノオール(3664.1g;0.6当量)(該モノオールは米国特許第4355188号明細書に記載の方法に従って調製した)、及びジブチル錫ジラウレート(0.6g)を導入した。反応を60℃で3時間おこなった後、NCO含有量をNCO滴定によって測定したところ0.65重量%であった(理論値:0.79%)。次いで、実施例1で調製したシラン官能性アスパルテート(202.2g;0.57当量)を添加し、得られた混合物を60℃で60分間保持した後では、NCO基はIRによって検出されなかった。この時点で、ビニルトリメトキシシラン(20g)を湿分掃去剤として添加した。粘度は16100cps/25℃であった。
この実施例においては、本発明によるシランを末端基とするポリウレタン(STP1)の調製法を説明する。攪拌機、窒素ガス導入口、滴下漏斗及び冷却器を具備したフラスコ(5リットル)内へイソホロンジイソシアネート(150.9g;1.4当量)、当量が6411のポリエーテルモノオール(3664.1g;0.6当量)(該モノオールは米国特許第4355188号明細書に記載の方法に従って調製した)、及びジブチル錫ジラウレート(0.6g)を導入した。反応を60℃で3時間おこなった後、NCO含有量をNCO滴定によって測定したところ0.65重量%であった(理論値:0.79%)。次いで、実施例1で調製したシラン官能性アスパルテート(202.2g;0.57当量)を添加し、得られた混合物を60℃で60分間保持した後では、NCO基はIRによって検出されなかった。この時点で、ビニルトリメトキシシラン(20g)を湿分掃去剤として添加した。粘度は16100cps/25℃であった。
