Abstract
Description
- それぞれがほぼ鉛直な1つの側方レールに付随するほぼ鉛直な2つの側方縁部と、
- この隔壁をほぼ鉛直な壁面に取り付ける装置とををさらに備えていて、この装置が、断面がほぼU字で側方レールと一体化する可動部材と、対応するほぼ鉛直な壁面に固定されて一部が可動部材内にそのU字断面のアーム部間に挟まれて収容される鉛直な横断部材を備えていることと、可動部材と鉛直な横断部材が、互いに水平方向に移動できるように取り付けられていることと、可動部材と鉛直な横断部材の間に可逆的な嵌合手段が設けられていることを特徴とする隔壁も提案する。
Claims (14)
- ほぼ水平な下部レール(8)および上部レール(10)と、前記下部レールと前記上部レールを接続するほぼ鉛直な縦部材とを備える骨組みに加え、前記骨組みに固定された化粧板(6)を有する隔壁を、地面(2)と天井(4)の間に耐震性を持たせて取り付けるための装置であって、
この装置が、
断面がほぼU字で前記上部レール(10)と一体化する可動部材(18)と、天井(4)に固定されて一部が前記可動部材(18)内に、そのU字断面のアーム部間に挟まれて収容される上部横断部材(30)と、を備えることと、
前記可動部材(18)と前記上部横断部材(30)が、鉛直方向に互いに移動できるように取り付けられていることと、
前記可動部材(18)と前記上部横断部材(30)の間に可逆的な嵌合手段(26、28)が設けられていることと、を特徴とする装置。 - 前記上部横断部材(30)が、前記可動部材(18)のU字断面のアーム部の内側にあってこれらアーム部と平行に延びる2つの側方フランジ(36)を備えている、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記上部横断部材(30)の前記側方フランジ(36)のそれぞれと、前記可動部材(18)のU字断面の前記アーム部(22)のそれぞれが、それぞれ前記アーム部(22)から前記側方フランジ(36)の内側に向かって突き出た突起(26、38)を備えていて、静止状態では、前記可動部材(18)の前記突起(26)が、前記上部横断部材(30)の前記突起(38)の中に位置する、請求項2に記載の装置。
- 前記可動部材(18)が、前記U字断面のアーム部(22)のそれぞれの自由端に、前記U字のアーム部(22)に対してほぼ垂直に、U字の外側に向かって延びる折り返し部(24)を備える、請求項1から3のいずれか1項に記載の装置。
- 前記可動部材(18)の前記折り返し部(24)と、前記上部横断部材(30)が固定される天井(4)との間に位置する弾性パッキング(48)をさらに備える、請求項4に記載の装置。
- 前記上部横断部材(30)が、前記可動部材(18)の前記U字断面のアーム部(22)間に挟まれた位置に滑動可能に取り付けられた2つの側方フランジ(36)と、前記可動部材(18)の反対側にあって前記2つの側方フランジ(36)の間に配置されていて、耐火性を有する材料(35)を収容する収容部(34)とを有する部材である、請求項1から5のいずれか1項に記載の装置。
- 前記上部横断部材(30)の中に配置された少なくとも1つの補強用固定具(16)をさらに備える、請求項1から6のいずれか1項に記載の装置。
- 前記補強用固定具(16)が、前記可動部材(18)と前記上部横断部材(30)に対して横向きに配置されたU字断面部材で構成されている、請求項7に記載の装置。
- ほぼ水平な前記下部レール(8)および前記上部レール(10)と、前記下部レールと前記上部レールを接続するほぼ鉛直な縦部材とを備える骨組みに加え、前記骨組みに固定された化粧板(6)を有する隔壁であって、
前記骨組みが、請求項1から8のいずれか1項に記載の装置をさらに備える隔壁。 - 前記化粧板(6)の上部が前記可動部材(18)を超えないように固定され、そのことによって前記化粧板(6)と天井(4)の間に自由空間が残り、この空間を場合によっては弾性材料からなるパッキング(48)で埋めることができる、請求項9に記載の隔壁。
- 前記化粧板(6)が、前記下部レール(8)に対して浮いた状態に取り付けられている、請求項9または10に記載の隔壁。
- 柔軟性のあるパテによるパッキング(46)が、地面(2)と、前記骨組みに固定された前記化粧板(6)との間に設けられている、請求項9から11のいずれか1項に記載の隔壁。
- 少なくとも1つの補強用固定具(16)が前記下部レール(8)内に横向きに配置されている、請求項9から12のいずれか1項に記載の隔壁。
- 請求項9から13のいずれか1項に記載の隔壁であって、
- それぞれがほぼ鉛直な1つの側方レールに付随するほぼ鉛直な2つの側方縁部と、
- この隔壁をほぼ鉛直な壁面に取り付ける装置とををさらに備えていて、この装置が、断面がほぼU字で側方レールと一体化する可動部材(18)と、対応するほぼ鉛直な壁面に固定されて一部が前記可動部材(18)内にそのU字断面のアーム部間に挟まれて収容される鉛直な横断部材を備えていることと、
前記可動部材(18)と鉛直な前記横断部材が、互いに水平方向に移動できるように取り付けられていることと、前記可動部材(18)と鉛直な前記横断部材の間に可逆的な嵌合手段(26、28)が設けられていることを特徴とする隔壁。
