Description
Claims (10)
- 回転噴霧部材を回転させることが可能な空気圧タービンを有し、塗料を噴霧するための回転噴霧器であって、
前記タービンは、加圧されたガスを給気してタービンを駆動するための導管に連通し、及び少なくとも1つの駆動ガス排気導管に連通し、
前記排気導管は少なくとも2つの壁を有し、第1壁(13)が第2壁(2)の実質的に内部に配置されて排気ガス流容積(V13)を前記導管(12)の内部に画定する一方、ゼロではない厚さ(e)の少なくとも1つの間隙(E)が第1壁の外部表面(13a)と第2壁の内部表面(12a)との間に設けられることを特徴とする噴霧器。 - 請求項1に記載の噴霧器であって、前記第1壁は、前記導管(12)の実質的に全長にわたって延びるスリーブ(13)によって導管内部に形成されることを特徴とする噴霧器。
- 請求項1又は2に記載の噴霧器であって、前記間隙(E)は外部から絶縁されて、前記スリーブと前記導管を画定する材料との間の断熱層を形成する量のガスで満たされることを特徴とする噴霧器。
- 請求項1又は2に記載の噴霧器であって、前記間隙(E)にはガス(F14)が給気(14;16)され、ガスの流れ(FE)が前記間隙中で生じるようにしてガス出口(138;17)に連通されることを特徴とする噴霧器。
- 請求項4に記載の噴霧器であって、前記間隙(E)には排気ガスの圧力(P12)よりも大きな圧力(P11)に加圧されたガス(F14)が給気され、少なくとも1つの流路(138)によって前記間隙は、第1壁(13)によって画定される排気ガス流容積(V13)に連通されることを特徴とする噴霧器。
- 請求項5に記載の噴霧器であって、前記流路(138)は第1壁(13)の上流部(132)に形成されることを特徴とする噴霧器。
- 請求項4に記載の噴霧器であって、前記間隙(E)は、前記排気ガス流容積(V13)に対して流体の流れから隔離されることを特徴とする噴霧器。
- 請求項4から7のいずれか1項に記載の噴霧器であって、前記環状の間隙に給気されるガスは、駆動ガス、タービン(5)の軸受からのガス、又はタービン回転速度の測定装置に給気されるガスから選択されることを特徴とする噴霧器。
- 請求項1から8のいずれか1項に記載の噴霧器であって、前記第1壁(13)は、熱及び/又は電気の伝導率が低い材料、具体的には合成材料、で作られることを特徴とする噴霧器。
- 塗料を噴霧するための設備であって、請求項1から9のいずれか1項に記載の噴霧器(1)を少なくとも1つ有することを特徴とする設備。
