Description
(a)温度検知手段からの信号を受ける少なくとも1の温度入力および/または圧力測定手段からの信号を受ける少なくとも1の圧力入力、並びに配量装置に信号を送る出力を持つ温度制御器、および
(b)配量速度制御手段に接続された開始剤貯蔵容器を含む配量装置
を含む。
冷却速度が制御されかつ過酸化物が重合の開始時に加えられる慣用の塩化ビニル重合プロセスが、重合の一部の間に冷却速度が最大能力に固定されかつPID制御器が開始剤の配量速度を制御するのに使用されるプロセスと比較された。重合速度の有意な増加が観察され、より短い反応時間を許した。
実施例2および比較例Bでは、実施例1の実験の構成が使用される。両実験例で使用された開始剤はTrigonox(商標)187である。実験の間に使用されたPID制御器のパラメータは表2に示される。
Claims (10)
- 配量の時点における重合温度において1時間〜0.001時間の半減期を持つ少なくとも1の過酸化物が重合温度にある反応混合物に配量され、かつ該過酸化物が配量される期間の少なくとも一部の間に、i)反応器の冷却手段が本質的に最大の冷却能力に保たれ、かつii)所望の重合温度が達成されかつ当該重合温度の0.3℃以内に維持されるように、配量される開始剤の量が温度制御器によって積極的に制御される重合方法。
- 重合温度が当該重合温度の0.2℃以内、好ましくは0.1℃以内に維持される、請求項1に記載された重合方法。
- 重合反応の間に反応混合物の温度および/または重合反応器内の気相の圧力を監視し、一方同時に反応混合物への開始剤の配量速度を調節することによって、温度制御器が反応混合物の温度を制御する、請求項1〜2のいずれか1項に記載された重合方法。
- 得られた重合体が所望のK値の0.3単位以内、好ましくは所望のK値の0.2単位以内のK値を持つ、請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載された重合方法。
- 温度がPID制御器、PI制御器、PD制御器、およびファジー論理制御器からなる群から選ばれた温度制御器によって制御される、請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載された重合方法。
- 制御器が比例バンドを使用するPID制御器であり、PID制御器の該比例バンドが0.6%〜2.5%の範囲にあることを特徴とする、請求項5に従う重合方法。
- 過酸化物が配量される期間の少なくとも一部の間に、温度検知手段がPID制御器の比例および積分入力信号につながれかつ反応器圧力検知手段がPID制御器の微分機能につながれる、請求項6に従う重合方法。
- 任意的に他の単量体とともにでもよく、塩化ビニルが重合される、請求項1〜7のいずれか1項に従う重合方法。
- 重合プロセスが懸濁重合プロセスである、請求項1〜8のいずれか1項に従う重合方法。
- (a)温度検知手段からの信号を受ける少なくとも1の温度入力および/または圧力測定手段からの信号を受ける少なくとも1の圧力入力、並びに配量装置に信号を送る出力を持つ温度制御器、および
(b)配量速度制御手段に接続された開始剤貯蔵容器を含む配量装置
を含む開始剤配量装置。
