Claims (22)
- ローターを支持するシャフトと、構成材を選択的にそれから除去可能な釣合せ部材とを具備してなるローターアセンブリであって、前記釣合せ部材は前記ローターに対して所定の位置に配置され、前記釣合せ部材はさらにエンコーダー部材を具備してなることを特徴とするローターアセンブリ。
- 前記ローターは複数の磁極を有すると共に、前記釣合せ部材は、隣接磁極間に配置された少なくとも一つの突起を有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載のローターアセンブリ。
- 前記エンコーダー部材は、少なくとも一つの切欠きを有するディスクを具備してなることを特徴とする請求項1または請求項2に記載のローターアセンブリ。
- 前記釣合せ部材は本体部およびスリーブを具備してなり、前記エンコーダー部材は前記スリーブ上に配置されていることを特徴とする請求項1ないし請求項3のいずれか1項に記載のローターアセンブリ。
- 前記本体部は前記ローターの一端部に隣接配置されることを特徴とする請求項4に記載のローターアセンブリ。
- 前記ローターの他端部に隣接配置された第2の釣合せ部材をさらに具備してなることを特徴とする請求項5に記載のローターアセンブリ。
- 前記釣合せ部材あるいは各釣合せ部材はプラスチック素材からなることを特徴とする請求項1ないし請求項6のいずれか1項に記載のローターアセンブリ。
- 実質的に、図面を参照して説明するかあるいは図面に示したようなローターアセンブリ。
- 請求項1ないし請求項8のいずれか1項に記載のローターアセンブリを具備してなることを特徴とする電気機械。
- その内部に前記ローターアセンブリが回転するように配置されるステータと、光源と、光学検出器と、をさらに具備してなり、前記エンコーダー部材は、前記ローターアセンブリの回転時、前記光源と前記検出器との間で、光を断続的に遮るよう構成されていることを特徴とする請求項9に記載の電気機械。
- 前記ステータの電気巻き線と、前記検出器からの信号に従って前記巻き線に給電するよう構成された制御手段と、をさらに具備してなることを特徴とする請求項10に記載の電気機械。
- 高速モーターの形態であることを特徴とする請求項9ないし請求項11のいずれか1項に記載の電気機械。
- 実質的に、図面を参照して説明するかあるいは図面に示したような電気機械。
- 請求項1ないし請求項8のいずれか1項に記載のローターアセンブリを具備してなることを特徴とするクリーニング機器。
- 請求項9ないし請求項13のいずれか1項に記載の電気機械を具備してなることを特徴とするクリーニング機器。
- 実質的に、図5を参照して説明するかあるいは図5に示したようなクリーニング機器。
- ローターアセンブリ用の釣合せ部材であって、シャフト上の釣合せ部材をローターに対して所定のポジションで位置決めするよう構成された位置決め手段を具備してなり、さらにエンコーダー部材を具備してなることを特徴とする釣合せ部材。
- 前記位置決め手段は、ローター磁極間の領域に位置するよう配置された突起を具備してなることを特徴とする請求項17に記載の釣合せ部材。
- 実質的に、図面を参照して説明するかあるいは図面に示したような釣合せ部材。
- シャフト上でのローターの組立ておよび前記シャフトへの釣合せ部材の組付けを含むローターアセンブリの製造方法であって、前記釣合せ部材を前記ローターに対して所定のポジションを占有するよう配置し、前記釣合せ部材がさらにエンコーダー部材を具備することを特徴とするローターアセンブリの製造方法。
- 前記ローターアセンブリのバランスを取るため前記釣合せ部材から構成材を選択的に除去するステップをさらに具備することを特徴とする請求項20に記載の方法。
- 実質的に、図面を参照して説明するかあるいは図面に示したようなローターアセンブリの製造方法。
