Abstract
【解決手段】 中付形導電層10の熱膨張係数が基板12の熱膨張係数に適合している。そのため、それらの熱膨張係数の相違に起因して、中付形導電層10にひび割れが生じ、或いは、基板12にクラックが生じることが好適に抑制される。しかも、中付形導電層10の熱膨張係数は、低膨張フィラーとしてZWPを10〜55(wt%)の範囲内で含むことで調整されているため、他の低膨張フィラーが添加されている場合に比較して、導電性の低下が抑制される。したがって、導電性が高く且つ接着強度の高い中付形導電層10が得られる。

Claims (2)
- 重量百分率でAgを20〜70(%)、Bi2O3-B2O3系低融点ガラスを10〜55(%)、燐酸タングステン酸ジルコニウムを10〜55(%)の範囲でそれぞれ含むことを特徴とする導電性組成物。
- ベヒクル中の全樹脂に対する重量百分率でエチルセルロースを65〜98(%)、ロジン系樹脂を2〜35(%)の範囲でそれぞれ含むベヒクル中に前記請求項1の導電性組成物を分散させたことを特徴とする導電性ペースト。
