Description
下記表1に示した組成(単位は重量%)で銀粉末、ガラスフリット粉末、有機バインダー(エチルセルロース)及び添加剤(可塑剤、湿潤剤、揺変性剤)を混合して3本ロールミリング法で均一に分散させて銀ペースト組成物を製造した。
上記のようにして製造した実施例1〜7及び比較例1による銀ペースト組成物の粘度変化率を測定した。粘度変化率はミリング回数と時間変化によって測定した。
実施例1〜7及び比較例1によって製造した組成物を使用し、スクリーン印刷法で線幅120μmのパターンを印刷した後、200℃で乾燥した。このようにして得られた印刷パターンの線幅を測定した。
形成された印刷パターンのうち、前記実施例2及び比較例1の組成物で形成した印刷パターンの線幅を光学顕微鏡で観察し、その結果を図3(実施例2)及び図4(比較例1)に示し、印刷パターンの側面を図5に示した。

Claims (7)
- 銀粉末、ガラスフリット粉末、有機バインダー及び可塑剤を含むことを特徴とする太陽電池の前面電極形成用銀ペースト組成物。
- 前記可塑剤が、フタル酸エステル、安息香酸エステル、リン酸エステル、トリメリット酸エステル、ポリエステル、クエン酸エステル、アジピン酸エステル及びエポキシ化合物からなる群より選択されるいずれか1つまたは2種以上の混合物であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の太陽電池の前面電極形成用銀ペースト組成物。
- 前記可塑剤の含量が、銀ペースト組成物100重量部に対して0.01〜15重量部であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の太陽電池の前面電極形成用銀ペースト組成物。
- 前記ガラスフリット粉末が、鉛酸化物またはビスマス酸化物を含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の太陽電池の前面電極形成用銀ペースト組成物。
- 前記有機バインダーが、セルロース、ブチルカルビトール及びテルピネオールからなる群より選択されたいずれか1つまたは2種以上の混合物であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の太陽電池の前面電極形成用銀ペースト組成物。
- 銀粉末、ガラスフリット粉末及び有機バインダーを混合した後、可塑剤を添加して混合する太陽電池の前面電極形成用銀ペースト組成物の製造方法。
- シリコン半導体基板;前記基板の上部に形成されるエミッタ層;前記エミッタ層上に形成された反射防止膜;前記反射防止膜を貫通して前記エミッタ層に接続した前面電極;及び前記基板の背面に接続した後面電極を含むシリコン太陽電池において、
前記前面電極は、請求項1から請求項5のうちいずれか1項に記載の銀ペースト組成物を前記反射防止膜上に所定パターンで塗布して焼成することで形成することを特徴とするシリコン太陽電池。
