Abstract
【解決手段】改質装置の制御装置は、改質部への改質用燃料の供給を停止するとともに蒸発部への改質水の供給を停止して、改質装置の余熱を利用して蒸発部に残存する改質水を蒸発させ改質部に供給することにより、改質装置内の残留ガスのパージを開始し(時刻t0)、そのパージを開始した時点から所定時間T1だけ酸化用空気を流通する。

Claims (4)
- 改質用燃料と水蒸気が供給されて改質ガスを生成する改質部と、
改質水を加熱して沸騰させてその水蒸気を前記改質部に供給する蒸発部と、
前記改質部から供給された改質ガス内の一酸化炭素を、供給された酸化用空気で酸化することにより低減して導出する一酸化炭素低減部と、を備えた改質装置の運転停止方法において、
前記改質部への前記改質用燃料の供給を停止するとともに前記蒸発部への前記改質水の供給を停止して、前記改質装置の余熱を利用して前記蒸発部に残存する前記改質水を蒸発させ前記改質部に供給することにより、前記改質装置内の残留ガスのパージを開始し、
そのパージを開始した時点から所定時間だけ前記酸化用空気を流通することを特徴とする改質装置の運転停止方法。 - 請求項1において、前記酸化用空気の流通を停止した後、前記改質装置の内圧が上昇する場合には、圧抜きを実施し、前記改質装置の内圧の上昇が終了した場合には、前記改質装置を封止することを特徴とする改質装置の運転停止方法。
- 請求項2において、前記改質装置の運転停止の終了直前には、前記改質装置を前記改質用燃料で充填することを特徴とする改質装置の運転停止方法。
- 請求項1乃至請求項3の何れか一項において、前記改質装置は、燃焼用燃料を燃焼用酸化剤ガスにより燃焼してその燃焼ガスによって前記改質部を加熱する燃焼部をさらに備え、
前記パージの実施中において、前記改質部が所定温度に低下するまで、前記燃焼部に前記燃焼用酸化剤ガスのみを供給することを特徴とする改質装置の運転停止方法。
