この電気化学的反応によって発電し、発熱すると共に水分が生成される。さらに説明を加えると、アノード61の電子が外部電気回路(不図示)を通ってカソード62に移動する際に電力を得ることができる。アノード61の水素イオンは固体高分子膜を通過してカソード62に移動し、酸素と結合して水分が発生する。上述のように、この電気化学的反応は発熱反応である。

Claims (4)
- 炭化水素系原料と改質用水とを導入し、水素を主成分とする準改質ガスを生成する改質部と、前記準改質ガスから一酸化炭素濃度を低減した改質ガスを生成する一酸化炭素低減部とを有する改質ガス生成部と;
前記改質ガス生成部に前記改質用水を供給する改質用水流路と;
前記改質用水流路を流れる前記改質用水を前記改質ガス生成部に導入させずに外部へと導く排出流路であって、前記改質用水の流通を遮断可能な遮断弁が配設された排出流路とを備える改質器であって;
前記改質用水流路が、内部を流れる前記改質用水が前記改質ガス生成部から受熱する位置を通過するように配設され;
前記排出流路が、前記受熱する位置を通過した前記改質用水を受け入れるように配設され;
前記改質ガス生成部から受熱した前記改質用水の温度と相関関係を有する温度を検出する温度検出器と;
燃焼用燃料と燃焼空気とを導入して前記燃焼用燃料を燃焼させ、前記炭化水素系原料の改質に用いられる改質熱を発生させる燃焼部と;
前記燃焼部に前記燃焼空気を圧送する燃焼空気ブロワと;
前記燃焼部で前記燃焼用燃料を燃焼させることにより生じた排ガスを外部に排出する排ガス流路であって、内部を流れる流体が前記改質部及び前記一酸化炭素低減部と熱交換するように配設された排ガス流路と;
前記改質部の温度を検出する温度検出手段と;
前記改質器の起動時に、前記温度検出手段で検出された前記改質部の温度が、前記燃焼部での燃焼が行われた場合に許容範囲を超えてしまうほど高温であるときに、前記燃焼部に前記燃焼用燃料を供給せずに前記燃焼空気ブロワを起動して前記燃焼空気を前記排ガス流路に流して前記改質部の温度を低下させ、その後、前記改質ガス生成部から受熱した前記改質用水の温度が第1の所定の温度以上のときに前記遮断弁を開にして前記改質用水を前記改質ガス生成部に導入させずに前記外部へと導く第1の制御装置とをさらに備える;
改質器。 - 前記第1の制御装置が、前記遮断弁を開にした後、前記改質ガス生成部から受熱した前記改質用水の温度が第2の所定の温度以下となったときに前記遮断弁を閉にして前記改質用水を前記改質ガス生成部に導くように構成された;
請求項1に記載の改質器。 - 前記改質用水流路内に前記改質用水を流す改質用水ポンプと;
前記改質用水ポンプの吐出圧力を所定の圧力に制御する第2の制御装置とを備える;
請求項1又は請求項2に記載の改質器。 - 請求項1乃至請求項3のいずれか1項に記載の改質器と;
前記改質ガスと酸素を含有する酸化剤ガスとを導入して発電する燃料電池とを備える;
燃料電池システム。
