Claims (16)
- 青色LEDと、
前記青色LED上に配置された橙色蛍光体と緑色蛍光体の混合物を含むことを特徴とする白色発光装置。 - 前記青色LEDを封止するモールディング部をさらに含み、
前記橙色蛍光体と緑色蛍光体の混合物は、前記モールディング部内に分散されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の白色発光装置。 - 前記橙色蛍光体の発光ピークは、560乃至590nmであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の白色発光装置。
- 前記緑色蛍光体の発光ピークは、510乃至550nmであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の白色発光装置。
- 前記橙色蛍光体は、(3−x−y)SrO・x(Ba、Ca)O・(1−a−b−c−d)SiO2・aP2O5 bAl2O3・cB2O3・dGeO2:yEu2+(0≦x<2.4、0.005<y<0.5、0≦a、b、c、d<0.5)の組成を有する珪酸塩蛍光体を含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の白色発光装置。
- 前記橙色蛍光体は、Zn1−xSeyS1−y:Cux(0<x<0.2、0.005<y<1)の組成を有する蛍光体を含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の白色発光装置。
- 前記橙色蛍光体は、CaxSi12−(z+w)Alz+wOwN16−w:Euy 2+(0.5<x<0.9、0.01<y<0.15、0<z<4、0<w<4、0<z+w<4)の組成を有するCa−αサイアロン蛍光体を含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の白色発光装置。
- 前記橙色蛍光体は、(3−x−y)SrO・x(Ba、Ca)O・(1−a−b−c−d)SiO2・aP2O5 bAl2O3・cB2O3・dGeO2:yEu2+(0≦x<2.4、0.005<y<0.5、0≦a、b、c、d<0.5)と、Zn1−xSeyS1−y:Cux(0<x<0.2、0.005<y<1)と、CaxSi12−(z+w)Alz+wOwN16−w:Euy 2+(0.5<x<0.9、0.01<y<0.15、0<z<4、0<w<4、0<z+w<4)のうち選択された2以上の蛍光体を含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の白色発光装置。
- 前記緑色蛍光体は、(Sr1−x−y、Cax)Ga2(Sz、Se1−z)4:Euy 2+(0≦x<1、0<y<0.2、0<x+y≦1、0<z≦1)の組成を有する蛍光体を含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の白色発光装置。
- 前記緑色蛍光体は、(Sr1−x−y−z、Cax、Bay、Mgz)2SiO4:Euw 2+(0<x<1、0.5<y<1、0<z<1、0.03<w<0.2、0<x+y+z+w<1)の組成を有する蛍光体を含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の白色発光装置。
- 前記緑色蛍光体は、Euに活性化されたβサイアロン蛍光体を含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の白色発光装置。
- 前記緑色蛍光体は、Y3(Al1−x、Gax)5O12:Ce(0<x≦1)、SrSi2O2N2:Eu、CaSc2Si3O12:Ce、CaSc2O4:Eu 及びこれらの組み合わせから成るグループから選択された蛍光体を含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の白色発光装置。
- 前記緑色蛍光体は、(Sr1−x−y、Cax)Ga2(Sz、Se1−z)4:Euy 2+(0≦x<1、0<y<0.2、0<x+y≦1、0<z≦1)と、(Sr1−x−y−z、Cax、Bay、Mgz)2SiO4:Euw 2+(0<x<1、0.5<y<1、0<z<1、0.03<w<0.2、0<x+y+z+w<1)と、Euに活性化されたβサイアロンと、Y3(Al1−x、Gax)5O12:Ce(0<x≦1)と、SrSi2O2N2:Euと、CaSc2Si3O12:Ceと、CaSc2O4:Euのうち選択された2以上の蛍光体を含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の白色発光装置。
- 前記橙色蛍光体はZn(Se0.1、S0.9):Cuで、前記緑色蛍光体はEuに活性化されたβ−サイアロンであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の白色発光装置。
- 前記橙色蛍光体はSr3SiO5:Euで、前記緑色蛍光体はSrGa2S4:Euであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の白色発光装置。
- 前記橙色蛍光体はZn(Se0.1S0.9):Cuで、前記緑色蛍光体はCaGa2(S、Se)4:Euであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の白色発光装置。
