Abstract
【解決手段】基材1の片面に吸水性樹脂組成物を塗布した止水テープ及び基材1の片面にシース剥離性付与樹脂組成物5を塗布し、反対面に吸水性樹脂組成物3を塗布した止水テープにおいて、吸水性樹脂組成物3の乾燥100重量部に対して、加熱処理や微生物による腐食で水素ガスを発生しないシリコーン系化合物やフッ素系化合物を0.05〜20重量部内添する。

〔比較例1〕
〔比較例2〕
光ファイバケーブル用止水テープの水素ガス発生の有無を確認するため、実施例1と実施例2及び比較例1と比較例2の止水テープについて以下の方法で試験を行った。
光ファイバケーブル用止水テープの微生物腐食性を確認するため、実施例1及び2と比較例1の止水テープについて以下の方法で試験を行った。
本発明のケーブル用止水テープのガイド汚れ防止効果及びブロッキング防止効果を確認するため、実施例と比較例の止水テープについて、図2に示すテープ巻直し装置を用いて連続巻直しによるガイドの汚れ試験及びテープの自背面のブロッキングがないかの確認を実施した。
止水テープの止水効果を確認するため、下記の模擬試験を行った。
2 粘着防止付与剤内添吸水性樹脂組成物
3 シリコーン系化合物やフッ素系化合物を含むバインダー
4 吸水性樹脂粉末
5 シース剥離性付与樹脂組成物
6 巻き出し
7 巻き取り
8 MCナイロン製ガイド
9 SUS製ガイド
10 クロムメッキしたガイド
Claims (4)
- 基材の片面に吸水性樹脂組成物を塗布した止水テープにおいて、吸水性樹脂組成物の乾燥100重量部に対して、加熱処理による分解や微生物による腐食で水素ガスを発生しないシリコーン系化合物又はフッ素系化合物の1種又は2種以上が0.05〜20重量部内添されていることを特徴とする光ファイバケーブル用止水テープ。
- 基材の反対面にシース剥離性付与樹脂組成物を塗布したことを特徴とする光ファイバケーブル用止水テープ。
- 前記シリコーン系化合物が、シリコーンオイル、シリコーンとアクリル樹脂のブロック又はグラフト共重合体であることを特徴とする請求項1又は2記載の光ファイバケーブル用止水テープ。
- 前記フッ素系化合物が、パーフルオロアルキル化合物、パーフルオロアルキル化合物とアクリル樹脂のブロック又はグラフト共重合体であることを特徴とする請求項1、2又は3記載の光ファイバケーブル用止水テープ。
