Abstract
【解決手段】ロータ10の各スロット11a内には、上記ロータ10の周方向に、二つの磁石12,12が設けられている。上記二つの磁石12,12は、ステータ20の磁力によって、常に互いに離隔する方向に、引っ張られて、上記スロット11aの上記ロータ10周方向の両側の内面に、固定される。

Description
図1は、この発明のモータの一実施形態である横断面図を示している。このモータは、例えばエアコンや冷蔵庫の圧縮機等に用いられる。このモータは、ロータ10と、このロータ10の径方向外側にエアギャップを介して配置されたステータ20とを備える。このモータ10は、矢印R方向に回転自在である。
図7は、この発明の圧縮機の一実施形態である縦断面図を示している。この圧縮機は、密閉容器201と、この密閉容器201内に配置された圧縮要素202と、上記密閉容器201内に配置され、上記圧縮要素202を上記シャフト30を介して駆動する上記第1実施形態のモータ1とを備えている。

Claims (7)
- ロータ(10)と、このロータ(10)の径方向外側に配置されたステータ(20)とを備え、
上記ロータ(10)は、周方向に配列される複数のスロット(11a)を有し、
この各スロット(11a)内には、上記ロータ(10)の周方向に、二つの磁石(12,12)が設けられていることを特徴とするモータ。 - 請求項1に記載のモータにおいて、
上記スロット(11a)は、上記ロータ(10)の回転軸方向からみて、上記ロータ(10)の径方向に直交する弦状に形成され、
上記磁石(12)は、上記ロータ(10)の回転軸方向からみて、平板状であることを特徴とするモータ。 - 請求項1に記載のモータにおいて、
上記ステータ(20)の磁力は、上記各スロット(11a)内の上記二つの磁石(12,12)が互いに離隔する方向に、作用することを特徴とするモータ。 - 請求項1に記載のモータにおいて、
同一の上記スロット(11a)内の上記二つの磁石(12,12)は、同じ極性であることを特徴とするモータ。 - 請求項1に記載のモータにおいて、
同一の上記スロット(11a)内の上記二つの磁石(12,12)は、略同一形状であることを特徴とするモータ。 - 請求項1に記載のモータにおいて、
同一の上記スロット(11a)内の上記二つの磁石(12,12)は、略同一構造であることを特徴とするモータ。 - 密閉容器(201)と、
この密閉容器(201)内に配置された圧縮要素(202)と、
上記密閉容器(201)内に配置され、上記圧縮要素(202)をシャフト(30)を介して駆動する請求項1に記載のモータ(1)と
を備えていることを特徴とする圧縮機。
