Abstract
【解決手段】本発明に係るカーボンナノチューブ筋の製造方法は、カーボンナノチューブのマトリックスを準備する段階と、前記カーボンナノチューブのマトリックスからカーボンナノチューブ膜を引き抜く段階と、前記カーボンナノチューブ膜を有機溶剤に浸入して縮ませて、カーボンナノチューブ筋を形成する段階と、を含む。カーボンナノチューブ膜は複数のカーボンナノチューブ糸からなるものである。前記カーボンナノチューブ糸は、複数の長さが同じのカーボンナノチューブ束が連続的に連接して形成される。前記カーボンナノチューブ束は複数の平行なカーボンナノチューブからなる。

Claims (5)
- カーボンナノチューブのマトリックスを準備する段階と、
前記カーボンナノチューブのマトリックスからカーボンナノチューブ膜を引き出す段階と、
前記カーボンナノチューブ膜を有機溶剤に浸入して縮ませて、カーボンナノチューブ筋を形成する段階と、
を含むことを特徴とするカーボンナノチューブ筋の製造方法。 - 前記カーボンナノチューブ筋は複数のカーボンナノチューブ糸からなるものであることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のカーボンナノチューブ筋の製造方法。
- 前記有機溶剤は揮発性有機溶剤であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のカーボンナノチューブ筋の製造方法。
- カーボンナノチューブ筋は複数のカーボンナノチューブ糸からなり、
前記カーボンナノチューブ糸は複数の長さが同一のカーボンナノチューブ束を連続的に連接して形成され、
前記カーボンナノチューブ束は複数の平行なカーボンナノチューブからなることを特徴とするカーボンナノチューブ筋。 - 前記カーボンナノチューブ筋の直径は20μm〜30μmであることを特徴とする、請求項4に記載のカーボンナノチューブ筋。
