Abstract
【解決手段】近位端を有する細長いフィラメント状血管塞栓形成デバイスをカテーテルを通して血管サイトに配置するための装置であって、内部ルーメンと遠位端を有する可撓性で細長い中空の展開デバイスと、半径方向の拡大に抵抗し、展開デバイスの遠位端に固定され、かつ、前記血管塞栓形成デバイスの近位端を保持するように構成された、前記ルーメンと連通する開口を有する保持部材とを備える。前記血管塞栓形成デバイスはマイクロコイルから成り得、前記保持部材は実質上カップ形であり得、更に、前記保持部材は金属製であり得る。

Claims (4)
- 近位端を有する細長いフィラメント状血管塞栓形成デバイスをカテーテルを通して血管サイトに配置するための装置であって、
内部ルーメンと遠位端を有する可撓性で細長い中空の展開デバイスと、
半径方向の拡大に抵抗し、展開デバイスの遠位端に固定され、かつ、前記血管塞栓形成デバイスの近位端を保持するように構成された、前記ルーメンと連通する開口を有する保持部材とを備えたことを特徴とする装置。 - 前記血管塞栓形成デバイスはマイクロコイルから成ることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記保持部材は実質上カップ形であることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の装置。
- 前記保持部材は金属製であることを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれか一に記載の装置。
