Abstract
【解決手段】等速ジョイントのボールケージ(24)をガイドするための外側の球面状のガイド面3が設けられており、トルクを伝達するボール25を受容するための、前記球面状のガイド面3に成形された、周方向で分割された複数のボール軌道4が設けられており、これらのボール軌道4が、複数のボール25をガイドするためのハード加工されたそれぞれ1つの第1の軌道区分11と、複数のボール25のためのガイド機能をもたない、機械的に加工されていない第2の軌道区分12とを有している。

Claims (3)
- 等速ジョイント、殊に等速スライディングジョイントのためのインナージョイント部において、
該インナージョイント部(2)が、等速ジョイントのボールケージ(24)をガイドするための球面状のアウターガイド面(3)を有しており、トルクを伝達する複数のボール(25)を受容するための、前記球面状のアウターガイド面(3)に成形された、周方向で分割された複数のボール軌道(4)を有しており、
前記ボール軌道(4)が、複数のボール(25)をガイドするためのハード加工されたそれぞれ1つの第1の軌道区分(11)と、複数のボール(25)のためのガイド機能をもたない、機械的に加工されていない第2の軌道区分(12)とを有している、
ことを特徴とする、等速ジョイントのためのインナージョイント部。 - 等速ジョイント、殊に等速スライディングジョイントのためのインナージョイント部を製作するための方法において、次の方法ステップ、即ち、
周方向に分配された複数の軌道(104)を備えたアウターガイド面(103)と、中央の貫通孔(107)と、第1の端面(5)と、この第1の端面(5)とは反対側に向けられた第2の端面(106)とを有する予備成形されたブランク部分(102)を準備し、この際に、前記複数の軌道(104)に、それぞれ、横断面で見てより小さい軌道曲率半径を備えた第1の軌道区分(111)と、横断面で見てより大きい軌道曲率半径を備えた第2の軌道区分(12)とを設け、
前記予備成形されたブランク部分(102)を硬化させ、第1の軌道区分(111)をハード加工し、この際に、第2の軌道区分(12)を未加工状態で残すようにする、
方法ステップを有していることを特徴とする、等速ジョイント、殊に等速スライディングジョイントのためのインナージョイント部を製作するための方法。 - 等速ジョイント、殊に等速スライディングジョイントにおいて、
内側のガイド面(27)を備えたアウタージョイント部(23)が設けられていて、前記ガイド面(27)内に外側のボール軌道(29)が形成されており、
球面状のアウターガイド面(3)を備えたインナージョイント部(2)が設けられていて、前記アウターガイド面(3)に内側のボール軌道(4)が成形されており、
トルクを伝達する複数のボール(25)が設けられていて、これらのボール(25)が、それぞれ外側のボール軌道(29)と内側のボール軌道(4)とから構成された軌道対内でガイドされており、
トルクを伝達する複数のボール(25)を受容するためのウインド(26)を備えたボールケージ(24)が設けられており、
インナージョイント部(2)の内側のボール軌道(4)がそれぞれ、ボール(25)をガイドするための、ハード加工された第1の軌道区分(11)と、複数のボール(25)のためのガイド機能をもたない、機械的に加工されていない第2の軌道区分(12)とを有している、
ことを特徴とする、等速ジョイント、殊に等速スライディングジョイント。
