Claims (9)
- 等速スリップボールジョイント(1)であって、
回転軸線(3)と複数の外側ボールトラック(4)とを有する外側ジョイント部分(2)と、
複数の内側ボールトラック(6)を有する内側ジョイント部分(5)と、
トルクを伝える複数のボール(7)であって、前記外側ボールトラック(4)及び前記内側ボールトラック(6)に対応付けられ且つ前記外側ボールトラック(4)及び前記内側ボールトラック(6)内を案内される複数のボール(7)と、
ケージ窓(9)が複数設けられたケージ(8)であって、何れの場合も1つ又は複数の前記ボール(7)を収容するケージ(8)と
を少なくとも備え、
前記内側ジョイント部分(5)は、前記外側ジョイント部分(2)に対して前記回転軸線(3)に沿って変位距離(10)だけ変位可能であり、
前記複数の外側ボールトラック(4)の少なくとも一部及び前記複数の内側ボールトラック(6)の少なくとも一部は、前記回転軸線(3)に対してトラックねじれ角(11)にあり、
前記ボールトラック(4、6)のそれぞれの床(12)は、変位経路(10)に沿っており、且つ、前記回転軸線(3)から半径方向(14)にそれぞれ一定間隔(13)離れており、
前記外側ジョイント部分(2)に対する前記内側ジョイント部分(5)の最大偏向角(15)は、前記外側ジョイント部分(2)の第1接触面(17)に接触する前記ケージ(8)の外側接触面(16)と、前記内側ジョイント部分(5)の第2接触面(19)に接触する前記ケージ(8)の内側接触面(18)との両方によってあらかじめ決まり、
前記ケージ(8)は中心軸線(20)を有し、
前記内側接触面(18)は円錐状であり、
前記内側接触面(18)は前記ケージの前記中心軸線(20)に対して0度より大きい開き角(21)にあり、
前記内側ジョイント部分(5)が前記外側ジョイント部分(2)に対して前記最大偏向角(15)だけ偏向している場合、前記ケージの前記中心軸線(20)は前記回転軸線(3)に対して前記最大偏向角(15)の半分だけ傾斜しており、
前記内側ジョイント部分(5)の前記第2接触面(19)は、前記内側ジョイント部分の中心軸線(22)に対して円錐状であり、
前記内側ジョイント部分の前記中心軸線(22)に対して0度より大きい傾斜角(23)にあり、
前記傾斜角(23)と前記開き角(21)との和は、前記最大偏向角(15)の半分である

前記開き角(21)と前記傾斜角(23)とは同じ値を有する

前記開き角(21)と前記傾斜角(23)とはそれぞれ異なる値を有する
ことを特徴とする等速スリップボールジョイント(1)。 - 請求項3に記載の等速スリップボールジョイント(1)であって、
前記開き角(21)の値は前記傾斜角(23)の値より大きい
ことを特徴とする等速スリップボールジョイント(1)。 - 請求項1~4の何れか一項に記載の等速スリップボールジョイント(1)であって、
前記開き角(21)は少なくとも4度である
ことを特徴とする等速スリップボールジョイント(1)。 - 請求項1~5の何れか一項に記載の等速スリップボールジョイント(1)であって、
前記内側接触面(18)は、周方向(24)に全周にわたって延びるように設計されている
ことを特徴とする等速スリップボールジョイント(1)。 - 請求項1~6の何れか一項に記載の等速スリップボールジョイント(1)であって、
前記変位距離(10)は少なくとも10ミリメートルである
ことを特徴とする等速スリップボールジョイント(1)。 - 請求項1~7の何れか一項に記載の等速スリップボールジョイント(1)であって、
前記外側ジョイント部分(2)は、何れの場合も、周方向(24)からみて、隣接し合うボールトラック(4)の間に1つの外側桟材(25)を有し、
前記第1接触面(17)は前記外側桟材(25)上に配置される
ことを特徴とする等速スリップボールジョイント(1)。 - 請求項1~8の何れか一項に記載の等速スリップボールジョイント(1)であって、
前記内側ジョイント部分(5)は、何れの場合も、周方向(24)からみて、隣接し合うボールトラック(6)の間に1つの内側桟材(26)を有し、
前記第2接触面(19)は前記内側桟材(26)上に配置される
ことを特徴とする等速スリップボールジョイント(1)。
