Abstract

Ein Gleichlauffestgelenk (1) mit gekreuzten Kugellaufbahnen umfasst ein Gelenkaußenteil (3) und ein Gelenkinnenteil (5) mit einander paarweise zugeordneten, gekreuzten Kugellaufbahnen (4, 6), Kugeln (7), die in den Kugellaufbahnpaaren (4, 6) angeordnet sind, und einen Käfig (8), der an einem der beiden Gelenkteile (3, 5) festgelegt ist und Fenster (8a) zur Aufnahme der Kugeln (7) aufweist. Der Käfig (8) ist axial in einer Richtung durch einen Abschnitt (9b) einer Käfigführungsfläche (9) an dem Gelenkteil (3, 5) und in der entgegengesetzten Richtung durch einen Anschlag (12) an einem separaten, an dem Gelenkteil (3, 5) vorgesehenen Abschlusselement (11) festgehalten. Vorzugsweise ist die Käfigführungsfläche (9) in einer Axialrichtung hinterschnittfrei ausgebildet. Dadurch ergibt sich eine besonders kompakte und leichtgewichtige Ausführung eines Gleichlauffestgelenks mit gekreuzten Laufbahnen, da dessen Montage axial erfolgen kann. Weiterhin wird eine Gelenkwelle mit einem solchen Gleichlauffestgelenk sowie ein Verfahren zur Herstellung eines solchen angegeben.
