Abstract
Description
消毒、オゾン処理および脱臭を含むイオン化により、製品の最善の衛生が達成される。
調理後、製品が保存され、ビタミンおよび感覚反応的な特徴が維持される。
包装容器については、密封状態の溶着、管理された水分、高圧に耐える柔軟性、輸送耐性および管理された温度という特徴を有する。
製品は、フィルムが正しい位置に配置されている限り、清潔な外観と、製品の有効期間中適切な時期の外観と、長い保存期間とを有する。
消費者との関係では、調理後の台所の悪臭がなく、前記調理後も全ての栄養成分が維持される。それ故、食品は、健康的で、調理を行った包装容器から直接取って食べられる。調理は簡単で迅速に行える。
Claims (6)
- 食品を、洗浄水の中にオゾンを注入することで洗浄する工程と、
前記洗浄した製品を、最低限度の水分と共に包装容器の中に入れる工程と、
前記製品を収容した包装容器を、1つ以上の蒸気逃し弁を備える透明なフィルムで封止する工程と、
前記包装容器を、真空引きする工程と、
前記製品を、前記包装容器の中でCO2とN2或いはCO2とArの不活性雰囲気中に入れる工程とからなることを特徴とする保存した後に蒸す生鮮食品の準備と包装の方法。 - 前記生鮮食品は、好ましくは、皮付きまたは皮をむいた芋であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の保存した後に蒸す生鮮食品の準備と包装の方法。
- 前記洗浄水へのオゾンの注入は、化学物質を全く含まない制御された方法で行うことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の保存した後に蒸す生鮮食品の準備と包装の方法。
- 前記生鮮食品は、好ましくは80%から85%の間の、高い含水率を有することを特徴とする請求項1から3のいずれかに記載の保存した後に蒸す生鮮食品の準備と包装の方法。
- 請求項1から4の方法に従い、好ましくおよび基本的には、皮付きまたは皮をむいた生の芋のような生鮮食品を真空包装する生鮮食品の包装容器であって、
前記包装容器(1)は、フィルム(2または2’)によって封止されて、包装した製品を流通期間の間最適な状態に保存し、続いて、未開封の包装容器の中で製品を電子レンジでの調理を可能にすることを達成し、
前記封止するフィルム(2)は、前記包装容器(1)に収容した生鮮食品(3)の調理中に生成した蒸気が外に出ることを可能にするために、1つまたは2つの長手方向の弁(5)を含むことを特徴とする生鮮食品の包装容器。 - 前記封止するフィルム(2’)は、調理中に包装容器(1)に収容した生鮮食品(3)の生成した蒸気が外に出ることを可能にするために、複数の微細な穴(6)を有し、他のフィルムを覆うことを特徴とする請求項5に記載の生鮮食品の包装容器。
