Claims (11)
- 特に移動無線機器の発振器結晶ハウジング内に結晶振動子を有する発振器結晶の温度を検出する装置であって、
温度センサは前記発振器結晶又は前記結晶振動子と同じ周囲温度にさらされるように、支持体上に配され、
前記温度センサは、前記支持体の前記発振器結晶又は結晶振動子と同じ側に備えられ、前記発振器結晶から又は前記結晶振動子から壁により分離されておらず、
前記温度センサは、前記結晶振動子の端子に、又は前記結晶振動子と少なくとも1つのカップリングコンデンサとの直列接続部に、電気的に並列に接続される、装置。 - 前記温度センサは、前記発振器結晶ハウジング内に配される、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記温度センサは、前記発振器結晶ハウジングに隣接するプリント回路基板上に配される、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記支持体は、熱放出回路と前記発振器結晶との間に、開口を呈示している、請求項1〜3のうちのいずれか1項に記載の装置。
- 前記温度センサは、定電流源又は定電圧源と、前記発振器結晶の温度依存共振周波数の補償のために前記温度および/又は前記温度勾配を求めるエバリュエーション回路とに対して、適用される、請求項1〜3のうちのいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 前記温度センサの抵抗/温度特性曲線が前記エバリュエーション回路に記憶される、請求項1〜5のうちのいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 前記エバリュエーション回路は、測定経路と発振器経路とが備えられ、前記測定経路は、前記低電流源又は低電圧源と前記温度センサと前記温度センサにおける電圧降下を検出するアナログ/デジタルコンバータとが備えられ、前記発振器経路は、増幅器と少なくとも1つのコンデンサとともに、前記発振器結晶を有する発振器回路が備えられる、請求項5又は6に記載の装置。
- 前記測定経路および前記発振器経路は、フィルタ手段によって互いに分離される、請求項7に記載の装置。
- 発振器結晶が設けられる発振器回路と前記定電流源又は前記定電圧源とを、該当する場合は直列のカップリングコンデンサを有する発振器結晶と前記温度センサとの並列接続に対して、適用できる、請求項1〜8のうちのいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 前記発振器結晶と一緒に発振器回路を形成する少なくとも1つのコンデンサの容量値は、検出された温度又は検出された温度勾配の関数として、エバリュエーション回路により再調節することができる、請求項5〜9のうちのいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 位相ロックループの調節可能な分周器の分周比を、検出された温度又は温度勾配の関数として、エバリュエーション回路によって調節できる、請求項5〜9のうちのいずれか一項に記載の装置。
