Description
駆動機関1が油圧ポンプ2を駆動する。油圧ポンプ2は作動油タンク3から作動油を取り出す。油圧ポンプ2は主制御弁4を介して油圧モータ5に接続されている。油圧モータ5は2つの作動管6を経て主制御弁4に接続され、主制御弁4は変位に応じて一方の作動管を油圧ポンプ2に、一方の作動管を作動油タンク3に接続する。油圧モータ5は制御圧力に応じて調整可能なカスケード圧力制御式油圧モータであり、図示しないブレーキ弁及び二次的に動作する、図示しない圧力制限弁を有する。油圧モータ5に切換え可能な減速装置7が後置されている。減速装置7は車輪と結合されている。電子制御装置8はセンサ9を介して主制御弁4の変位を受け取る。主制御弁4はアクセルペダル10に直結されている。電子制御装置8は回転数センサ11を介して、車両の車速に相当する出力回転数信号を受領する。さらに電子制御装置8は例えば3つの減速段階「ソフト」、「中間」、「ハード」を選択することができる減速選択スイッチ12、超低速スイッチ13(これを作動すると電子制御装置8が油圧モータ5のキャパシティーを最大キャパシティーにセットする)、ブレーキスイッチ14(その操作とともに電子制御装置8が自動的に減速「ハード」にセットされる)及び車両データを確定する入力装置15に接続されている。温度センサ16は作動油タンク3の温度を検出する。それによって電子制御装置8はこの温度に応じて油圧モータ5のキャパシティーを調整する。電子制御装置8は回転数センサ16及びセンサ17を介して油圧ポンプ2の吐出し流量を検出する。
速度制御がどのように行なわれるか、が線図に示されている。運転者の要求、即ち目標車速はアクセルペダル位置又は主制御弁の位置から、もしくは圧力センサによりアクセルペダルの制御圧力又は内燃機関回転数で決定される。実際速度と目標速度の差を縦軸にとった。横軸に油圧モータのキャパシティーをとった。測定された油圧モータ回転数及び出力回転数と減速装置の現行変速比から算出される現行加速に応じて、種々の特性直線がこの特性図表に記載されている。油圧モータ・キャパシティーの最小値、例えば54.50cm3/revは、最大内燃機関回転数でアクセルペダルを一杯に操作したときに、車速区分例えば20,25km/h又は34,00km/hに関係する最大車速に到達するために理論上必要な最小キャパシティーに相当する。油圧モータ・キャパシティーの最大値は使用する油圧モータの最大キャパシティーであるか、又は惰行運転でトランスミッションの最大許容駆動トルクを超える場合は、換算値である。現行車両加速が正であり、すこぶる高く、例えばa=2であるならば(これは線18に相当し、例えば下り坂区間の加速走行時に起こる)、超過速度を先導するために、目標速度のすでに4km/h手前で油圧モータ・キャパシティーq_HMが増加される。現行車両加速がほぼゼロ、即ちa=0であるならば(これは線19に相当し、例えば平坦地で起こる)、油圧モータ・キャパシティーq_HMは目標速度に達するまで変更されない。速度v_Istが目標速度v_Sollを超えて上昇すると、油圧モータ・キャパシティーq_HMはまずごく僅かに増加し、実際速度v_Istが引続き増加すると、指数的に上昇する。このことは平坦地走行時の振動を防止する。現行車両加速が負であり、例えばa=−2であれば(これは線20に示される)、油圧モータ・キャパシティーq_HMは例えば4km/hの速度超過に至るまで変化せず、実際速度v_Istが引続き増加すると最大値まで上昇する。中間値を補間することができる。

- 油圧モータ(5)に切換え可能な減速装置(7)が後置され、電子制御装置(8)が切換えられた変速比を考慮することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の油圧トランスミッション。
- 現行速度が目標速度に近づくと、油圧モータ(5)を調整する制御信号がそれに対応して調整されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の油圧トランスミッション。
- 手動操作可能な信号(13)によって、電子制御装置(8)が油圧モータ(5)を最大キャパシティーに保持することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の油圧トランスミッション。
- センサ(16)が作動油の温度を検出し、電子制御装置(8)が油圧モータ(5)を、所定の温度を超えないように調整することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の油圧トランスミッション。
- 油圧モータの最小限必要なキャパシティーを電子制御装置が計算し、実際の最小キャパシティーと上記のキャパシティーを比較し、続いて適応制御が油圧モータの実際に必要なキャパシティーを決定し、制御偏差がほぼゼロになるまで、記憶された値を変更することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の油圧トランスミッション。
