Claims (10)
- 적어도 하나의 유압 펌프(2)와, 그 흡입 용량이 조정 가능하고 2개의 작동 도관(6)에 연결된 적어도 하나의 유압 모터(5)를 포함하는 차량용 정유압 변속기이며, 유압 펌프(2)는, 압력 매체를 압력 매체 저장소(3)로부터 취하여 적어도 하나의 작동 도관(6)을 통해 유압 모터(5)에 공급하며, 압력 매체 흐름을 한정하는 브레이크 밸브를 포함하는 정유압 변속기에 있어서,센서(11)는 차량 속도에 상응하는 피동축 회전수 또는 차량 속도를 검출하여 전자 제어 유닛(8)에 공급하며, 전자 제어 유닛은 요구 속도에 따라, 이 요구 속도에 상응하는 차량 속도 또는 피동축 회전수를 계산하며, 유압 모터(5)의 흡입 용량은, 센서(11)에 의해 검출된 차량 속도 또는 계산된 차량 속도 또는 피동축 회전수에 거의 일치하도록 조정되는 것을 특징으로 하는 정유압 변속기.
- 제1항에 있어서, 전자 제어부(8)는 차량의 감속이 이전에 규정된 일정값을 취하도록 조정되는 것을 특징으로 하는 정유압 변속기.
- 제2항에 있어서, 이전에 규정된 값이 변경 가능한 것을 특징으로 하는 정유압 변속기.
- 제2항에 있어서, 감속은 이전에 규정된 특성 영역을 이용하여 조절되는 것을 특징으로 하는 정유압 변속기.
- 제1항에 있어서, 차량의 작동 브레이크(14)의 작동을 통해, 이전에 규정된 최대 감속이 도달되도록 유압 모터(5)가 자동으로 조정되는 것을 특징으로 하는 정유압 변속기.
- 제1항에 있어서, 절환 가능한 감속 기어(7)는 유압 모터(5)의 하류에 배열되고, 전자 제어부(8)는 입력된 변속비를 고려하는 것을 특징으로 하는 정유압 변속기.
- 제1항에 있어서, 유압 모터(5)를 조정하는 제어 신호는, 실제 속도가 목표 속도에 접근할 경우 상응하게 적응되는 것을 특징으로 하는 정유압 변속기.
- 제1항에 있어서, 수동 작동 가능한 신호(13)에 의해, 전자 제어부(8)는 유압 모터(5)를 그 최대 흡입 용량으로 유지하는 것을 특징으로 하는 정유압 변속기.
- 제1항에 있어서, 센서(16)는 유압액의 온도를 결정하고 전자 제어부(8)는, 규정된 온도가 초과되지 않도록 유압 모터(5)를 조정하는 것을 특징으로 하는 정유압 변속기.
- 제1항에 있어서, 유압 모터의 최소 필요 흡입 용량은 전자 제어부에 의해 게산되어 실제 최소 흡입 용량과 비교되고, 유압 모터의 실제 필요 흡입 용량이 결정되고 저장된 값은 조절 편차가 거의 0이될 때까지 변경되는 것을 특징으로 하는 정유압 변속기.
