Abstract
【解決手段】 トグルサポート15を型閉方向に前進させ、型締力センサからの検出値を監視する。検出値が閾値に達したらトグルサポート15を停止する。型締力センサは、タイバーの歪を検出するタイバー歪センサ18、可動プラテン13Aに加わる押圧力を検出する圧力センサ40、又はトグル機構20の構成部品の歪を検出する歪センサ41である。

Description
上述のような型締装置において、金型を交換して異なる型厚となった場合、適切な型締力が得られるようにトグル機構を調整する必要がある。より詳細には、トグル機構の原点となるトグルサポートの位置を、取り付けた金型の型厚に応じて構成する。型締め装置にはトグルサポートを移動するための駆動源として型厚モータが設けられている。したがって、金型を交換して異なる型厚となった場合などは、型締力の調整作業として、まず型厚モータを駆動して、トグルサポートを適当な位置に移動する。

Claims (5)
- トグル機構を用いた型締装置に適用される成形条件設定方法であって、
トグルサポートを型閉方向に前進させ、
型締力センサからの検出値を監視し、
該検出値が閾値に達したらトグルサポートを停止する
ことを特徴とする成形条件設定方法。 - 請求項1記載の成形条件設定方法であって、
可動プラテンを型全開位置に移動してから前記トグル機構を作動させて型開を行った後、前記トグルサポートを型閉方向に前進させることを特徴とする成形条件設定方法。 - 請求項1記載の成形条件設定方法であって、
前記型締力センサはタイバーの歪を検出するタイバー歪センサであることを特徴とする成形条件設定方法。 - 請求項1記載の成形条件設定方法であって、
前記型締力センサは可動プラテンに取り付けられ、可動プラテンに加わる押圧力を検出する圧力センサであることを特徴とする成形条件設定方法。 - 請求項1記載の成形条件設定方法であって、
前記型締力センサは前記トグル機構の構成部品の歪を検出する歪センサであることを特徴とする成形条件設定方法。
