本发明提供一种端子罩限定注塑模具,包括左模和右模,所述右模右端设置有合模气缸,所述左模和右模之间设置有限位杆,所述限位杆上设置有限位装置,所述限位杆通过限位装置限定伸缩长度,所述左模上设置有调节装置,通过调节装置对限位杆的位置进行调整。通过左模和右模对端子罩进行注塑,由合模气缸带动模具进行合模,并设置限位杆和限位装置的组合,防止发生模具错位,提高注塑精度,降低注塑成本,设置支架,提高设备的牢固性能,延长设备的使用寿命。

技术领域
[0001]本发明涉及端子罩制造领域,尤其涉及一种对端子罩进行注塑的端子罩限定注塑模具。
背景技术
[0002]目前在制造端子罩时,通常使用注塑模具对其进行注塑,但是现在的注塑模具在工作时需要通过注塑机进行控制移动,工作成本较大,并且在模具移动过程中容易导致模具错位,进而影响产品的注塑。因此,解决端子罩注塑时工作成本大且容易错位的问题就显得尤为重要了。
发明内容
[0003]本发明的目的是提供一种对端子罩进行注塑的端子罩限定注塑模具,通过左模和右模对端子罩进行注塑,由合模气缸带动模具进行合模,并设置限位杆和限位装置的组合,防止发生模具错位,解决了端子罩注塑时工作成本大且容易错位的问题。
[0004]本发明提供一种端子罩限定注塑模具,包括左模和右模,所述右模右端设置有合模气缸,所述左模和右模之间设置有限位杆,所述限位杆上设置有限位装置,所述限位杆通过限位装置限定伸缩长度,所述左模上设置有调节装置,通过调节装置对限位杆的位置进行调整。

[0008]本发明的有益效果是:通过左模和右模对端子罩进行注塑,由合模气缸带动模具进行合模,并设置限位杆和限位装置的组合,防止发生模具错位,提高注塑精度,降低注塑成本,设置支架,提高设备的牢固性能,延长设备的使用寿命。

[0012]如图1所示,本实施例提供了一种端子罩限定注塑模具,包括左模I和右模2,所述右模2右端设置有合模气缸3,所述左模I和右模2之间设置有限位杆4,所述限位杆4上设置有限位装置5,所述限位杆4通过限位装置5限定伸缩长度,所述左模I上设置有调节装置6,通过调节装置6对限位杆4的位置进行调整。所述左模I和右模2上方设置有支架7,所述左模I和右模2通过移动装置8设置在支架7上。所述限位装置5下方设置有下料斜板9,通过下料斜板9辅助下料。所述支架7上端设置有悬挂装置10,所述悬挂装置10上设置有受力传感器U。通过左模I和右模2对端子罩进行注塑,由合模气缸3带动模具进行合模,并设置限位杆4和限位装置5的组合,防止发生模具错位,提高注塑精度,降低注塑成本,设置支架7,提高设备的牢固性能,延长设备的使用寿命。

1.一种端子罩限定注塑模具,包括左模(I)和右模(2),所述右模(2)右端设置有合模气缸(3),其特征在于:所述左模(I)和右模(2)之间设置有限位杆(4),所述限位杆(4)上设置有限位装置(5),所述限位杆(4)通过限位装置(5)限定伸缩长度,所述左模(I)上设置有调节装置(6),通过调节装置(6)对限位杆(4)的位置进行调整。
2.如权利要求1所述的端子罩限定注塑模具,其特征在于:所述左模(I)和右模(2)上方设置有支架(7),所述左模(I)和右模(2)通过移动装置(8)设置在支架(7)上。
3.如权利要求1所述的端子罩限定注塑模具,其特征在于:所述限位装置(5)下方设置有下料斜板(9),通过下料斜板(9)辅助下料。
4.如权利要求2所述的端子罩限定注塑模具,其特征在于:所述支架(7)上端设置有悬挂装置(10),所述悬挂装置(10)上设置有受力传感器(11)。
