Claims (3)
- 固定プラテン、該固定プラテンに取り付けられた固定金型、トグルサポート、前記固定プラテンとトグルサポートとの間において水平方向に進退自在に配設され、トグル側部材、金型側部材、及び前記トグル側部材と金型側部材との間に配設された歪み部材を備えた可動プラテン、前記金型側部材に取り付けられた可動金型、前記トグルサポートと可動プラテンとの間に配設され、該可動プラテンを進退させるトグル機構、並びに前記歪み部材の歪み量を検出する歪み計を備えた射出成形機の金型保護方法において、
(a)型閉じの開始に伴って前記金型側部材を水平方向において前進させ、
(b)前記トグル機構の作動に伴って、トグル側部材と金型側部材との間において前記歪み部材によって検出された歪み量を、型閉じが終了するまでの所定の区間において監視し、
(c)前記歪み量が設定値以上になると射出成形機を停止させることを特徴とする射出成形機の金型保護方法。 - 固定プラテン、該固定プラテンに取り付けられた固定金型、トグルサポート、前記固定プラテンとトグルサポートとの間において水平方向に進退自在に配設され、トグル側部材、金型側部材、及び前記トグル側部材と金型側部材との間に配設された歪み部材を備えた可動プラテン、前記金型側部材に取り付けられた可動金型、前記トグルサポートと可動プラテンとの間に配設され、該可動プラテンを進退させるトグル機構、並びに前記歪み部材の歪み量を検出する圧力センサを備えた射出成形機の金型保護方法において、
(a)型閉じの開始に伴って前記金型側部材を水平方向において前進させ、
(b)前記トグル機構の作動に伴って、トグル側部材と金型側部材との間において前記歪み部材によって検出された歪み量を、型閉じが終了するまでの所定の区間において監視し、
(c)前記歪み量が設定値以上になると射出成形機を停止させることを特徴とする射出成形機の金型保護方法。 - 前記歪み部材の周囲に隣接させて、歪み部材より軸方向寸法が小さく、大きい型締力でも歪みを発生させない剛性部材が配設される請求項1又は2に記載の射出成形機の金型保護方法。
