Abstract
【解決手段】エマルション圧延油を使用するステンレス鋼板の冷間圧延において、カルボキシル基を有する炭化水素からなる脂肪酸の濃度がエマルション圧延油に対し0.4%以下とすることを特徴とする焼鈍酸洗処理後の表面色調均一性に優れるステンレス鋼板の圧延方法。

Claims (4)
- エマルション圧延油を使用するステンレス鋼板の冷間圧延において、カルボキシル基を有する炭化水素からなる脂肪酸の濃度がエマルション圧延油に対し0.4%以下とすることを特徴とする焼鈍酸洗処理後の表面色調均一性に優れるステンレス鋼板の圧延方法。
- エマルション圧延油を使用するステンレス鋼板の冷間圧延において、エマルション圧延油の濃度を10Vol%以下、および平均粒径を7μmφ以下、およびpHを7以上、およびエマルション圧延油分の酸価を8以下とすることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の焼鈍酸洗処理後の表面色調均一性に優れるステンレス鋼板の圧延方法。
- エマルション圧延油を使用するステンレス鋼板の冷間圧延において、最終パスの圧延速度を200mpm以下とすることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の焼鈍酸洗処理後の表面色調均一性に優れるステンレス鋼板の圧延方法。
- エマルション圧延油を使用するステンレス鋼板の冷間圧延において、最終パス出側でコイル間に不織布を挿入することを特徴とする請求項1から3のいずれかに記載の焼鈍酸洗処理後の表面色調均一性に優れるステンレス鋼板の圧延方法。
