Abstract
【解決手段】その背面に大きな突出部212があり、前面中央に突出部212と光軸Xを共有する小さな陥入部217があり、その周りに光軸Xに対し略直交する平坦で金属膜のない開口面215がある透明固体光学部品210を用いて、集光型光エネルギ収集器200を形成する。突出部212の表面には一次鏡230をまた陥入部217の表面には二次鏡240をそれぞれ金属反射膜として形成し、突出部212表面の平坦な中央部213に隣接して光電池セル220を配置する。一次鏡230は間隙237を挟み2個の金属膜231及び234に分割して相互に光電池セル220で接続する。アレイ製造時には複数個の収集器200を単体の光学パネル上に蜂の巣状に作り込み隣接収集器200間で隣接金属膜同士を接続乃至一体形成する。

Claims (4)
- 突出部を有する第1の面及び開口を呈する略平坦な第2の面を有し第2の面の中央部には突出部より小さな陥入部がある透明固体光学部品と、
突出部の表面沿いに配置された一次鏡と、
陥入部の表面沿いに配置された二次鏡と、
を備える集光型光エネルギ収集器。 - 突出部を有する第1の面及び開口を呈する略平坦な第2の面を有し第2の面の中央部には突出部より小さな陥入部がある透明固体光学部品を備え、
突出部及び陥入部の表面が共に光軸について略対称であり且つ開口が光軸に対し略垂直である集光型光エネルギ収集器。 - 複数個の突出部を有する第1の面及び複数個の開口を呈する略平坦な第2の面を有し第2の面には対応する突出部より小さな陥入部が複数個ある透明固体光学パネルと、
対応する突出部の表面沿いに1個ずつ配置された複数個の一次鏡と、
対応する陥入部の表面沿いに1個ずつ配置された複数個の二次鏡と、
を備える集光型光エネルギ収集器アレイ。 - 光学パネルと、
互いに間隙を隔てて行又は列をなすよう且つその反射面が光学パネル内を向くよう光学パネル上の複数箇所に配置された導電性の金属膜と、
それぞれ隣り合う一対の金属膜双方に導電接続された複数個の光電池セルと、
を備え、同じ行又は列に属する複数個の金属膜が金属膜間にある光電池セルを介して直列接続された集光型光エネルギ収集器アレイ。
