Abstract
【解決手段】 回転磁石を装着するための回転軸取付部を有する回転軸本体と、この回転軸の回転軸取付部に成形されて一体となっているリング状の回転磁石とを有する回転軸、この回転軸を有するエンコーダ、および回転軸本体の回転軸取付部にリング状の回転磁石を一体として成形する回転軸の製造方法とした。

Description
(1)回転磁石を装着するための回転磁石取付部を有する回転軸本体と、この回転軸の回転磁石取付部に成形されて一体となっているリング状の回転磁石とを有する回転軸。
(2)前記回転磁石取付部には回転磁石を固定するための溝構造を有する上記(1)の回転軸。
(3)さらに、着磁の基準位置を定める構造を有する上記(1)または(2)の回転軸。
(4)上記(1)〜(3)のいずれかの回転軸を有し、
さらに、前記回転磁石上に符号板を有する多回転型エンコーダ。
(5)回転対称に形成され、回転磁石を装着するための回転磁石取付部を有する回転軸本体に、リング状の回転磁石を前記回転磁石取付部に成形して一体とし、
その後着磁処理を行う回転軸の製造方法。
(6)前記着磁の磁極位置は、回転軸に設けられた基準位置に対して決められる上記(5)の回転軸の製造方法。

Claims (6)
- 回転磁石を装着するための回転磁石取付部を有する回転軸本体と、この回転軸の回転磁石取付部に成形されて一体となっているリング状の回転磁石とを有する回転軸。
- 前記回転磁石取付部には回転磁石を固定するための溝構造を有する請求項1の回転軸。
- さらに、着磁の基準位置を定める構造を有する請求項1または2の回転軸。
- 請求項1〜3のいずれかの回転軸を有し、
さらに、前記回転磁石上に符号板を有する多回転型エンコーダ。 - 回転対称に形成され、回転磁石を装着するための回転磁石取付部を有する回転軸本体に、リング状の回転磁石を前記回転磁石取付部に成形して一体とし、
その後着磁処理を行う回転軸の製造方法。 - 前記着磁の磁極位置は、回転軸に設けられた基準位置に対して決められる請求項5の回転軸の製造方法。
