Claims (4)
- 回転機械の回転を検出するための回転検出器であって、
前記回転機械の回転部と接触して固定される接続部、前記接続部から軸方向一方に向かって延び、前記接続部よりも小さな直径を有する出力シャフト部、および、前記接続部の第1外周面に形成された第1被検出部を有する第1可動部と、
前記第1可動部とは別の部材であり、前記第1可動部に固定される環状の第2可動部であって、該第2可動部の第2外周面に第2被検出部を有する、第2可動部と、
前記第1外周面および前記第2外周面の径方向外側に離隔して固定され、前記第1被検出部および前記第2被検出部の回転に伴って生じる磁界の変化を検出する固定部と、を備え、
前記第1被検出部は、周方向に等間隔で配列するように前記第1外周面に形成された複数の凹部または凸部を有し、
前記第2被検出部は、前記第2外周面に形成された1つの凹部または凸部を有する、回転検出器。 - 前記出力シャフト部の軸方向一方の端面、および、該端面とは反対側に位置する、前記接続部の軸方向他方の端面には、前記出力シャフト部および前記第1外周面の中心と同心の穴または突部が形成される、請求項1に記載の回転検出器。
- 前記第1被検出部と前記第2被検出部との間には、前記第1外周面の全周に亘って周方向に延びる溝が形成されている、請求項1または2に記載の回転検出器。
- 回転機械と、請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の回転検出器と、を備えるシステム。
