Abstract
【解決手段】内部に前後方向に長手のバーナ4を横方向に複数並設した燃焼筐2と、燃焼筐の前板部21に形成した開口22を塞ぐようにして燃焼筐に装着されるマニホールド8とを備え、マニホールド8に設けられたガスノズル81から燃焼筐内のバーナのガス流入口4aに向けてガスを噴出させるようにした燃焼装置において、マニホールドを小型化し、且つ、マニホールドの組付け作業の工数を削減して、コストダウンを図ることができるようにする。燃焼筐2の前板部21の開口形成箇所を該箇所の上方の前板部21の部分に対し後方にオフセットさせ、開口形成箇所の上縁に前後方向の段差面23を形成する。そして、この段差面23に、マニホールド8の上縁をシール部材9を介して圧接させる。

Claims (2)
- 内部に前後方向に長手のバーナを横方向に複数並設した燃焼筐と、燃焼筐の前板部に形成した開口を塞ぐようにして燃焼筐に装着されるマニホールドとを備え、マニホールドに設けられた複数のガスノズルから燃焼筐内の複数のバーナのガス流入口に向けてガスを噴出させるようにした燃焼装置において、
燃焼筐の前板部の開口形成箇所を該箇所の上方の前板部の部分に対し後方にオフセットさせることで、開口形成箇所の上縁に前後方向の段差面が形成され、この段差面にマニホールドの上縁がシール部材を介して当接されると共に、
マニホールドの後面の横方向両側部に、燃焼筐の前板部の開口開設箇所の横方向両側部に形成した第1係合孔に係合する第1突起が形成され、第1係合孔への第1突起の係合により、マニホールドの上縁と前記段差面との間で前記シール部材を圧縮可能な上下方向位置にマニホールドが保持されることを特徴とする請求項1記載の燃焼装置。 - 前記マニホールドの上縁に、前記段差面に形成した第2係合孔に係合する第2突起が形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1記載の燃焼装置。
