Claims (2)
- 外装ケース内に、バーナと、バーナから噴出する混合気の燃焼空間を囲う燃焼筐と、燃焼ファンとが収納され、外装ケースの内部空間に外部の空気を流入させる給気口が設けられ、燃焼に必要な空気を燃焼ファンにより給気口から外装ケースの内部空間に吸引するようにした強制給気式燃焼装置であって、給気口を開設した給気口開設板に、給気口を覆うようにして、空気中の異物を捕捉する給気フィルタが抜差し自在に装着されるものにおいて、
給気フィルタは、フィルタ本体を囲うフィルタ枠を備え、給気フィルタの給気口開設板に対する抜差し方向をX軸方向、給気フィルタの抜き方向をX軸プラス方向、給気フィルタの厚み方向をZ軸方向、X軸方向及びZ軸方向に直交する方向をY軸方向として、給気口開設板の給気口のY軸方向両側のX軸方向に沿う側縁部に、フィルタ枠のY軸方向両側のX軸方向に沿う側枠部を当該側縁部との間でZ軸方向に挟むようにしてX軸方向に抜差し自在に支持する、Z軸方向に弾性的に撓み変形可能な挟持片が設けられ、側枠部の挟持片に対向する面のX軸方向の一部に、Z軸方向の突起が形成され、給気口開設板の前記側縁部と挟持片との間のZ軸方向距離は、側枠部のZ軸方向寸法より大きく、このZ軸方向寸法に突起の突出高さを加えた寸法より小さく設定され、挟持片のX軸プラス方向の端部に、給気口開設板の前記側縁部との間のZ軸方向距離がX軸プラス方向に向けて次第に増加するように傾斜したガイド片部が設けられることを特徴とする強制給気式燃焼装置。 - 請求項1記載の強制給気式燃焼装置であって、前記外装ケースは、前面が開放された箱形のケース本体と、ケース本体の前面に取付けられる前カバーとで構成され、前記X軸方向、X軸プラス方向、Y軸方向、Z軸方向は、夫々前後方向、前方、左右方向、上下方向であるものにおいて、前記フィルタ枠の前端に立上り部が立設され、前記給気口開設板に、前記給気フィルタの装着状態で立上り部が当接するフィルタ位置決め部が設けられ、前カバーに、立上り部に当接して給気フィルタを前方に抜け止めするフィルタ押え部が設けられることを特徴とする強制給気式燃焼装置。
