Description
まず、本発明の一実施の形態における温水装置の構成について説明する。
図10を参照して、比較例の潜熱回収熱交換器10について説明する。潜熱回収熱交換器10は、本実施の形態の整流板90を備えていない。そのため、顕熱回収熱交換器20から潜熱回収熱交換器10に流入したドレンは、ケース12の背壁部12aの内面に沿って流れて、取付部材80に付着する。これにより、取付部材80が腐食するおそれがある。
Claims (10)
- 加熱用気体を発生させるためのバーナーと、
外部を流れる加熱用気体と内部を流れる湯水との間で熱交換するための熱交換部と、前記熱交換部を収容するケースとを含む熱交換器と、
前記バーナーおよび前記熱交換器を収容する筐体と、
前記筐体内に配置され、かつ前記熱交換器を前記筐体に固定するための固定部材と、
前記筐体内に配置され、かつ前記固定部材を前記ケースに取り付けるための取付部材と、
前記ケース内に配置された整流板とを備え、
前記取付部材は、前記ケース内に突出しており、
前記整流板は、前記ケース内において前記取付部材の真上に配置された天板部を含む、温水装置。 - 前記ケースは、前記熱交換部が配置された第1領域と、前記整流板および前記取付部材が配置された第2領域とを含み、
前記第2領域の前記加熱用気体の流れに対する抵抗は、前記第1領域の前記加熱用気体の流れに対する抵抗よりも大きい、請求項1に記載の温水装置。 - 前記ケースは、前記加熱用気体が流入する流入口と、前記加熱用気体が流出する流出口と、前記流入口と前記流出口とをつなぐ周壁部とを含み、
前記流入口から前記流出口に向かって前記熱交換部を見たときに、前記周壁部は四辺を有しており、
前記天板部は、前記四辺のうちの一辺の全長に渡って配置されている、請求項1または2に記載の温水装置。 - 前記天板部は、前記熱交換部に向けて下り勾配を有するように傾斜している、請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の温水装置。
- 前記整流板は、前記取付部材と前記天板部との間に配置された中板部を含み、
前記中板部は、前記熱交換部に向けて下り勾配を有するように傾斜している、請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の温水装置。 - 前記整流板は、前記熱交換部と前記取付部材との間に配置された側板部を含み、
前記側板部は、前記中板部の下端に接続されている、請求項5に記載の温水装置。 - 前記ケースは、前記取付部材が取り付けられた取付部と、前記取付部の周囲を取り囲む凹部とを含み、
前記凹部は、前記ケースの内側から外側に向けて窪んでいる、請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載の温水装置。 - 前記固定部材は、平板部と、前記平板部から前記熱交換器の前記ケースに向かって突出する凸部とを含み、
前記凸部が前記取付部に嵌合した状態で前記凸部および前記取付部に前記取付部材が取り付けられている、請求項7に記載の温水装置。 - 前記整流板は、前記天板部と前記熱交換部との間に配置された付勢部を含み、
前記付勢部が前記天板部を前記熱交換部から離隔する方向に付勢した状態で、前記天板部は前記ケースに当接している、請求項1〜8のいずれか1項に記載の温水装置。 - 前記熱交換器は、前記ケースの上端部に配置されたフランジ部材を含み、
前記フランジ部材は、前記ケースの前記上端部から前記ケースの外側に張り出した張出部と、前記張出部に取り囲まれた開口部と、前記開口部を取り囲むように前記張出部から上方に立ち上がる立ち上がり結合部とを含み、
前記ケースの前記上端部が前記開口部に挿入された状態で、前記立ち上がり結合部の上縁に設けられた第1切欠き部は、前記ケースの前記上端部の上縁に設けられた第2切欠き部に重なるように配置されており、
前記天板部は、前記第1切欠き部および前記第2切欠き部よりも下方に配置されている、請求項1〜9のいずれか1項に記載の温水装置。
