Abstract
Description
まず、図1を参照して、本発明の一実施の形態における温水装置100の構成について説明する。
図3および図4に示されるように、本実施の形態の一次熱交換器10によれば、胴パイプ部13によって胴板12を冷却することができる。また、胴板12の本体部12bは一枚の板がU字状に曲げられているため、胴板12の部品点数を少なくすることができる。また、胴パイプ部13はU字状に曲げられているため、胴パイプ部13の部品点数を少なくすることができる。したがって、一次熱交換器10の組立性を良くすることができる。また、胴パイプ部13は本体部12bの内側面12cに沿うようにU字状に曲げられているため、胴パイプ部13を本体部12bの内側面12cに取り付けることが容易である。このため、一次熱交換器10の組立性を良くすることができる。
Claims (12)
- 熱交換部と、
前記熱交換部の周囲を取り囲む胴板と、
前記胴板を冷却するための胴パイプ部とを備え、
前記胴板は、正面部と、前記正面部に取り付けられかつ一枚の板がU字状に曲げられた本体部とを含み、
前記胴パイプ部は、前記本体部の内側面に沿うようにU字状に曲げられており、かつ前記内側面に取り付けられている、熱交換器。 - 前記本体部の前記内側面は凹部を含み、
前記凹部は、前記胴パイプ部と嵌合するように構成されている、請求項1に記載の熱交換器。 - 前記本体部は、前記正面部との間で前記熱交換部を挟むように配置された背面部と、前記背面部の両端から前記正面部に向かって延びるように配置された第1側面部および第2側面部とを含み、
前記胴パイプ部は、前記背面部に取り付けられた背面パイプ部と、前記第1側面部に取り付けられた第1側面パイプ部と、前記背面パイプ部と前記第1側面パイプ部とをつなぐ第1曲部と、前記第2側面部に取り付けられた第2側面パイプ部と、前記背面パイプ部と前記第2側面パイプ部とをつなぐ第2曲部とを含み、
前記第1曲部は、前記背面部と前記第1側面部とで構成された第1隅部との間に第1隙間をあけて配置されており、
前記第2曲部は、前記背面部と前記第2側面部とで構成された第2隅部との間に第2隙間をあけて配置されている、請求項1または2に記載の熱交換器。 - 前記胴パイプ部の中心は、前記本体部の前記内側面よりも前記本体部の内側に位置している、請求項1から3のいずれか1項に記載の熱交換器。
- 前記胴パイプ部は、上下方向に並んで設置されたU字状に曲げられた第1冷却パイプおよびU字状に曲げられた第2冷却パイプを含み、
前記第1冷却パイプは、前記第2冷却パイプに直列に接続されており、
前記第1冷却パイプおよび前記第2冷却パイプの各々は、水平方向に延びるように設置されている、請求項1から4のいずれか1項に記載の熱交換器。 - 前記正面部に取り付けられた第1ヘッダ部材をさらに備え、
前記第1冷却パイプおよび前記第2冷却パイプは、前記第1ヘッダ部材を介して一連の通水路を構成している、請求項5に記載の熱交換器。 - 前記第1冷却パイプは前記第2冷却パイプよりも上方に配置されており、
前記第1冷却パイプの一方端は入水部に接続されており、
前記第1冷却パイプの他方端は前記第1ヘッダ部材を介して前記第2冷却パイプに接続されている、請求項6に記載の熱交換器。 - 前記第1ヘッダ部材は、前記第1冷却パイプに接続された第1端部と、前記第2冷却パイプに接続された第2端部とを含み、
前記第1ヘッダ部材は、前記第1端部から前記第2端部に向けて下方に傾斜している、請求項7に記載の熱交換器。 - 前記第1ヘッダ部材は、前記第1端部から前記第2端部に向けて湾曲している、請求項8に記載の熱交換器。
- 前記正面部に取り付けられた第2ヘッダ部材をさらに備え、
前記胴パイプ部は、前記第1冷却パイプおよび前記第2冷却パイプと前記上下方向に並んで設置された第3冷却パイプを含み、
前記第3冷却パイプは前記第2冷却パイプよりも下方に配置されており、
前記第2冷却パイプおよび前記第3冷却パイプは、前記第2ヘッダ部材を介して一連の通水路を構成しており、
前記第2ヘッダ部材は、前記第1ヘッダ部材と同一の形状に構成されている、請求項7から9のいずれか1項に記載の熱交換器。 - 前記熱交換部は、互いに積層された複数のフィンと、前記複数のフィンを貫通する複数のフィンパイプとを含み、
前記複数のフィンおよび前記胴板の各々の材質の線膨張係数は、前記複数のフィンパイプの材質の線膨張係数よりも小さい、請求項1から10のいずれか1項に記載の熱交換器。 - 請求項1から11のいずれか1項に記載の前記熱交換器と、
前記熱交換器に供給される加熱用気体を発生させるためのバーナとを備えた、温水装置。
