Description
そして、熱交換器を通過した水が流入側ジャケット部から第1ジャケット部と第2ジャケット部と第3ジャケット部とを介して流出側ジャケット部に流れ、出湯口からこれに接続した給湯路に水(温水)が供給されるようにしている。また、このものでは、流出側ジャケット部の上部から流入側ジャケット部に向けて前後一方にのびる第4ジャケット部を設け、燃焼筐の横方向他側の側板の流入側ジャケット部と流出側ジャケット部との間の部分を第4ジャケット部で冷却できるようにしている。
Claims (2)
- 混合気を下向きに噴出するバーナと、バーナから噴出する混合気の燃焼空間を囲う、バーナの下側に設けられた燃焼筐とを備え、燃焼筐内の下部に熱交換器が配置された燃焼装置であって、バーナと熱交換器との間の燃焼筐の部分に、燃焼筐を冷却する冷却手段としてウォータジャケットが設けられ、このウォータジャケットは、燃焼筐の前後一方の側板に設けられた横方向にのびる第1ジャケット部と、燃焼筐の前後他方の側板に設けられた横方向にのびる第3ジャケット部と、燃焼筐の横方向一側の側板に設けられた、第1ジャケット部と第3ジャケット部とを接続する前後方向にのびる第2ジャケット部と、燃焼筐の横方向他側の側板の前後一方寄りの部分に設けられた、熱交換器を通過した水を第1ジャケット部に導く流入側ジャケット部と、燃焼筐の横方向他側の側板の前後他方寄りの部分に設けられた、第3ジャケット部からの水が流入する流出側ジャケット部とで構成され、流出側ジャケット部に、上部の出湯口が設けられると共に、流出側ジャケット部の上部から流入側ジャケット部の近傍位置に向けて前後一方にのびる第4ジャケット部が設けられるものにおいて、
第4ジャケット部は、その流入側ジャケット部寄りの先端部の断面中心が出湯口の断面中心より下方に位置するように形成されることを特徴とする燃焼装置。 - 前記第4ジャケット部の上面は、前記先端部から前記流出側ジャケット部の前記出湯口を設けた部分の上面に向けて上方に傾斜した傾斜面に形成されることを特徴とする請求項1記載の燃焼装置。
