Claims (3)
- 内部に混合気が供給されるバーナボディと、バーナボディの開放面を覆う、混合気噴出部を有する燃焼板とから成るバーナと、バーナボディの開放面を囲うボディフランジ部に締結される一端外周の燃焼筐フランジ部を有し、内部に熱交換器を収納した燃焼筐とを備える燃焼装置であって、
燃焼板の外周に、ボディフランジ部及び燃焼筐フランジ部の内周縁よりも外側に張出し、外周縁がボディフランジ部及び燃焼筐フランジ部の外周縁よりも内側に位置する燃焼板フランジ部が設けられると共に、燃焼板フランジ部とボディフランジ部との間に介設される部分と燃焼板フランジ部の外周縁よりも外側に位置する燃焼筐フランジ部とボディフランジ部との間に介設される部分とを有するパッキンが設けられて、燃焼筐フランジ部がボディフランジ部にパッキンを挟んだ状態で締結されるものにおいて、
燃焼筐フランジ部の外周縁に、パッキンの外周縁に対向する、ボディフランジ部側に起立した外側突起が曲成されると共に、燃焼板に、パッキンの内周縁に対向する、ボディフランジ部側に起立した内側突起が設けられ、燃焼筐フランジ部がボディフランジ部に締結された状態で外側突起及び内側突起がボディフランジ部に当接することを特徴とする燃焼装置。 - 請求項1記載の燃焼装置であって、前記燃焼板に、前記バーナボディ内の混合気を前記混合気噴出部に導く多数の分布孔が形成された分布板が設けられ、分布板の外周縁に前記内側突起が曲成されることを特徴とする燃焼装置。
- 前記燃焼板フランジ部の外周縁の一部に、前記パッキンに形成した孔に差し込まれる爪部が曲成されることを特徴とする請求項1又は2記載の燃焼装置。
