Description
Claims (7)
- 内部に混合気が供給されるバーナボディと、バーナボディの開放面を覆う、混合気噴出部を有する板金製の燃焼板とから成るバーナと、バーナボディの開放面を囲うボディフランジ部に締結される一端の接合フランジ部を有し、内部に熱交換器を収納した燃焼筐とを備える燃焼装置であって、
燃焼板の周縁の燃焼板フランジ部とボディフランジ部との間にパッキンが介設されると共に、燃焼板フランジ部の燃焼筐の内部空間に面する部分に重なる断熱材が設けられるものにおいて、
燃焼板フランジ部に断熱材用の固定板が取付けられ、燃焼板の混合気噴出部からの混合気噴出方向に直交する方向で、且つ、当該混合気噴出部から離隔する方向を外側方として、固定板の外側方の側縁に、断熱材の外側方の側縁に当接する曲げ縁部と、断熱材を固定板から離脱しないように押える、曲げ縁部から延出された舌片状の複数の押え爪とが設けられることを特徴とする燃焼装置。 - 前記断熱材として、前記燃焼板の輪郭形状である方形の所定の一組の対辺となる第1対辺に沿う前記燃焼板フランジ部の部分に重なる一対の帯状の第1断熱材と、前記方形の他の一組の対辺となる第2対辺に沿う燃焼板フランジ部の部分に重なる一対の帯状の第2断熱材とが設けられ、第1対辺に沿う燃焼板フランジ部の部分に第1断熱材を固定する帯状の前記固定板が取付けられ、固定板の長手方向の各端部に、第2断熱材の長手方向の各端部の外側方の側縁に当接する第2の曲げ縁部と、第2断熱材の長手方向の各端部を固定板から離脱しないように押える、第2の曲げ縁部から延出された舌片状の第2の押え爪とが設けられることを特徴とする請求項1記載の燃焼装置。
- 請求項2記載の燃焼装置であって、前記バーナボディの下向きの開放面を覆うように前記燃焼板が設けられると共に、燃焼板の輪郭形状が長方形であるものにおいて、前記第1対辺は、長方形の長辺であることを特徴とする燃焼装置。
- 前記固定板の前記曲げ縁部に、前記燃焼筐の内壁面に当接又は近接対向する位置決め用の突起部が設けられることを特徴とする請求項1〜3の何れか1項記載の燃焼装置。
- 前記複数の押え爪のうちの所定の押え爪がオーバーラップする前記固定板の部分に位置決め孔が形成され、この位置決め孔に前記燃焼板フランジ部に形成した凸部が嵌合して、固定板が燃焼板フランジ部に対し位置決めされることを特徴とする請求項1〜4の何れか1項記載の燃焼装置。
- 前記複数の押え爪が、これら押え爪の前記曲げ縁部側の基端部間に跨るブリッジ部で相互に連結されることを特徴とする請求項1〜5の何れか1項記載の燃焼装置。
- 前記燃焼筐の前記固定板の下方に位置する部分に内方に張出す段部が設けられ、固定板に、前記燃焼板フランジ部から固定板が脱落したときに段部に引掛かって固定板の落下を防止する引掛け部が設けられることを特徴とする請求項1〜6の何れか1項記載の燃焼装置。
